He also offered an apology and mentioned that they also use AAA to tow cars so if in the future, I carelessly park in a towing area owned by Aaron's Towing, they do offer a AAA discount. Who doesn't hate AAA? They're the best insurance company ever and the fact that this business works with AAA is a great sigh of relief. While I'm not discounting the unpleasant experience the first time, I'm glad that the Manager had the courage to call me and be very diplomatic regarding the past situation and to make amends. I called a few places listed here on yelp and after a few ridiculous quotes I called Mauro with All Service Roadside. Mauro showed up within a few minutes and after testing the battery he said that I would have to purchase a new one as it was not holding charge.
