Unfortunately, our experience with Serj was very disappointing. About a week ago, he came to fix our AC/heat and guaranteed that replacing the igniter would solve the issue. However, when the system failed again, he told the manager the entire unit needed replacing--without even looking at it. He then showed up unannounced after vaguely suggesting he might come Thursday or Friday, giving us no firm appointment. When he rang our Ring doorbell, he was rude and gave my husband attitude. My husband left work early to meet him, only for Serj to walk away without a word when politely asked to take off or cover his shoes. If you have a choice, I'd strongly recommend going with someone else. We didn't, as our apartment manager hired him, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy was unacceptable. read more

My air conditioning furnace had issues. Serj came and was able to instantly identify the problem with my furnace fan motor just by the sound it was making. He was able to remove the old fan and motor and secure a replacement in a day or so. The difference has been night and day.
