My wife and I purchased a new Washer & Dryers yesterday and they're scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Today we decided to move the old ones outside to clean and make room for the installers. The best plumber on earth. Number one he was calm and quiet direct straight forward showed up quickly stopped the leak in minutes from creating additional damage. and he was done. So then I asked how much to fix the leak permanently and before long I had a new shower fixture installation and magically seeing we needed a new vanity installed as we had one ready to go in. He jumped on that and in a matter of a few hours all my plumbing problems were solved. We needed a plumber to fix a few issues including: a leaky and rusted kitchen faucet (that had come off its base); a leaky bathroom sink that also did not drain properly; a poorly flushing toilet; and a shower bathtub that didn't retain water for a bath. From the first call to the Plumbing Dudes, we felt like we were in professional, respectful hands. Spoke with Armen on a Monday morning and he was able to send a tech to us later that afternoon. Jimmy arrived on time (even a few minutes early!) and gave us a thorough estimate and timeline for the work to be done. He returned, as scheduled, a couple of days later and did great work with a great attitude and excellent, friendly communication skills. He said if anything wasn't quite working right over the next few days once we got to use the sinks again (ie., if a sneaky leak returned) to give them a call back so they could reassess. Once again, I needed to call the Plumbing Dudes for a 2nd plumbing issue. I had a noisy toilet that kept me up all night with the incessant pressure noise.
