To my surprise (and my tenant's relief), Alex called back shortly after and said a technician could arrive even earlier--by 10:30 am. The team arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even recorded a video to show me what was going on. They also offered recommendations for long-term solutions and provided a follow-up estimate--all very helpful, especially since I live out of state in Las Vegas. I have posted the before and after pictures because I wanted to share the care and quality of their work. Highly, highly, highly recommend this plumbing company because they are reliable, honest, fast, quiet, clean, and care about their quality in the work they do. I've hired multiple plumbing companies over the past 15 years and experienced loud noises of tools being banged around and tossed. And then left with a filty dirty, muddy mess to clean up afterwards. Some even refused to wear booty covers over their boots. It was truly a disgusting experience and my least favorite having them enter my home with dirty boots on. Not today! There were two men that came out to assist today with the leaky faucet and changed the old faucet to a brand new one and even cleaned the area that they worked in and also cleaned out the pipes. They wore the booty boot covers with no issue and kept not only my home clean but also the area they worked on, and this meant a lot to me. I am so grateful that they took the time to be delicate and efficient with the work space. I was not overly charged with a high price. I was charged fair and reasonable and am thankful that as a customer was not taken advantage of by being over charged. Because there were two they worked so efficient that this was done so quick and also without noise. The response time was quick and I was able to have someone assist me within the same day that I called. I appreciate the response time and for the honesty because I've had other not provide an exact time and then not show up or state they would need to follow up the next day. I had a great experience to day with Joe and Al. They arrived on time this morning to attended to my clogged shower drain. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional.  They attended to the task at hand quickly with no disruption to my morning meeting that I was conducting at home.  After they completed the job I was shown the work for approval and I was 100% satisfied with their timeliness, customer service and professionalism. These guys were fantastic! Alex was able to give me a very fair quote after I sent him a pic of the garbage disposal that needed replacing. Emil arrived a few hours later and I was blown away by his honesty and how knowledgeable he was. He noticed that the replacement garbage disposal had a defect so he took the time to go get another one to make sure the replacement was of good quality. I had called another company earlier that day and when the technician arrived, he was trying to take advantage and quoted a price more than double of what Alex quoted! Had tub, toilet, bathroom sink and kitchen sink backing up. Joe and another guy came to do the job. They ran all the faucets at same time and ran the snake until tub drained, but toilet wasn't flushing right. Joe thought it might need hydro jet, but they ran the snake a second time and everything went through. These guys are great! They didn't give up until they got it done right. read more

Great experience with Joe! I tragically dropped a gold bracelet down the toilet and Joe came with his assistant with a camera to try to fish it out. Unfortunately, it was too far down the sewer, but despite not recovering the bracelet, I still had a good experience with Joe and wouldn't hesitate to call him back for other plumbing jobs. read more

Joe at Rooter Guy Plumbing is someone you should consider! I was assigned to this team by my Home Warranty Company who was awful. Joe jumped through so many hoops and cut through so much red tape to make for a successful outcome to me the end client. If you are looking for someone who is patient and considerate of your time, these are the guys you want. He bent over backwards to have somone on his team come out to my property the same day. Other companies wanted to schedule me 10 days later. For as much time he spent dealing with the incompetent people at the warranty company, i would give him 10 stars if possible. The tenant had no hot water and Zack was willing to complete the job late into the evening to make sure they had hot water. After a year later of the new installation of the tankless water heater we never had a problem with the hot water. Called Zack out again, the main line was clogged during the rain, and he went the extra mile to clear the drain from tree roots and cleaned all the back up that was left on the ground. RUDE!!!!!!! If I could give this guy zero stars I would. He was contracted to come look at a drain problem by my home warranty company. They gave me his name and said he would contact me within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. When he never called I reached out to him. He only asked where I live. I had barely spoken the city when he gruffly told me "I turned that job down 2 days ago." I asked him why he didn't call to advise me of that, he grunted "I don't have your information." I was about to ask if he didn't have my information, how did he know he turned down the job when he hung up. Needless to say, I would not recommend. read more

We had Zach come out to look at our leaky tankless water heater. He let us know that it was an 11 year old unit. He was very kind and said that if we replaced it, he'd go pick up the new heater and install it same day. And he did! Same one as we had, but brand new.
