If you were to want a knowledgeable, professional and reasonable plumber, you should definitely call the Plumbing Boys. I had an emergency plumbing situation after 6 o'clock on a Friday. I used Yelp and I went down the list and called every single plumber in my area. I had to extend my search farther and farther because everyone I had called had charged a ridiculous examination price or was unavailable. My situation was dim to say the least. Luckily I found Plumbing Boys, which provided 24-hour plumbing! Not only that but their service actually extended to my area! I called Tony and he requested that I send him pictures of my problem so he could coach me through it and to make sure that he had all the proper equipment. Tony arrived within the hour ready to go. He came at 6:45 PM and stayed until 8:30 PM and had completely remedied my situation. Mind you that this is Friday night, which is pretty much quitting time for most people and businesses. It was a pretty pricey process, BUT! Because Tony owns the business he could play around with the prices and I believe that I had gotten a reasonable price for the work that had been done with an emergency situation on a Friday night. Wow! Believe me folks, these guys are professionals. I made a panic call to Plumbing boys last night when my water heater busted and flooded my basement. Robert showed up in less than 30 mins. This was at 9:15pm last night. The guys shut off the water because I didn't know where the water shut off was, and my husband was still at work. Here I was, ankle deep in hot water...not a fun day. Then Gary and the other guys came about 15 minutes later. We're now talking 9:30pm. They calmly diagnosed the problem, pumped out my basement and came up with an alternative to never having this problem again....an OUTSIDE tankless water heater. Hurray. I NEVER want to go through this again. They showed up today, worked hard all day on the job (and it was a BIG job), removed the old water heater, re-routed pipes, installed the outside tankless heater, patched the stucco and left the property clean. Highly recommended....top notch, personal, affordable service by a very nice and honest guy. Tony of Plumbing Boys was sent over to me by my regular plumber (who was out of town) when I had an emergency....they must be doing something right if they've earned the trust of even their competitors! The problem was a a sewage line backup in a house that I rent out. My tenant made the mistake of calling Mr. Rooter, who supposedly could not clear the line and tried to up-sell some major plumbing repairs. After I sent Mr. Rooter away, Tony came out, late on a Saturday night, during a three day weekend, and cleared the line almost immediately. Instead of trying to put some money in his pocket by selling me on a lot of additional expensive repairs, he honestly assured me none of that was necessary. Daniel was the plumbing technician sent out to handle the job, and he was awesome!! Proficient, friendly, took care of the initial job I had requested, but also took the time to help problem solve an additional water leak (that showed up after a heavy rain storm), that may need some follow-up service in the future. The valves underneath a bathroom sink were leaking, so we replaced both of the angle stop valves (parts provided by them) as well as the faucet fixture (provided by me). Setting up an appointment with Plumbing Boys was quick and easy, and they were able to schedule me for the next day (it wasn't an emergency). The representative with whom I spoke was professional and courteous, as was the technician who came to do the repair. The repair was done within an hour. I was very happy with the level of service. My only other comment is I was given an estimate of $464 ahead of time, which I agreed to because I thought it would be a bigger job than it was. Since it took less than an hour for the repair to be completed, and the parts weren't terribly expensive, it wasn't really that big of a job. In retrospect, next time I will ask how long the repair will take and how they determine the estimated price. That way, I will be better informed before making a decision. read more

I've used Plumbing Boys a few times in the past two years, and each time I'm glad I did. The first time was shortly after we moved into our new house and the toilet in my elderly father's bathroom started leaking badly. Sean came in a timely manner and replaced the toilet - it's worked great ever since! Recently, we had a leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Josh arrived quickly and fixed the leaking pipe. We also had him install a new garbage disposal which is working so much better than our old one. But, dear to my heart, he was able to improve the water pressure to our kitchen sink. I'd had a handful of people (including OTHER PLUMBERS) look at the pressure and they all just said that was how it was. He really understood his trade and we trusted his opinion, he also gave us the best price we could find. In 2 days Tony and his crew installed a whole new plumbing system and fixed all the problems left behind from the previous contractor. We have had no problems since he installed the new plumbing. I can't say Thank You enough to both Plumbing Boys and their technician Daniel. I thought my water heater would have to be replaced, since it was 10 years old, so when I called Plumbing Boys and spoke to Tony and explained my situation, I was told Daniel could be at my home in less than two hours. Daniel arrived at 10:30am, right on time, and told me my pilot light was out--that was it. And I couldn't believe it when he said there wouldn't be a charge!! Mother Approved! I recently had the problem of finding my Mom a Plummer to repipe her whole house. Few weeks ago my home warranty company refused to do a plumbing repair under my bathroom sinks. They told me that I would have to replace all the extra pipes break open the wall and extra work. I called Plumbing boys about 3:30 in the afternoon they where able to fit me in that night. They came out repair my issue without needing to replace the piping or breaking open my walls. The price was far, but what impressed me most is a week after my service call I got a follow up call asking if everything was working correctly. I have used Plumbing Boys for multiple projects now and have always been very satisfied. They just finished getting my backyard drains open. this was not an easy task. The drains were going in every direction and filled with mud and roots. They were able to map them out and slowly and methodically got section by section open over a 2 day period. Combined rooter and hydro jet and camera, etc until system was open. I was afraid I would have to take up the flagstone deck, but they were able to figure a way around that. Antonio and Brayan worked so hard! They were determined to get it open despite many obstacles. About two months ago, my wife called me while I was working to notify me that our water heater is leaking and no hot water in our house.
