I found them to be professional, clean and nice. They also have such a cute truck and their employees have company shirts.

We had a plumbing emergency and Sam showed up quickly, got the job done, and best of all - they even cleaned up after themselves, which other plumbers never cared to bother with. As I've mentioned in my previous review, in the past, I've gotten quotes and been price-gouged by other plumbers. Now, we don't waste time and just call Sam when there's a problem. He will explain exactly what's going on and ALL of the options available - not just the most expensive one (which is what the other plumbers did). Also, he and Luis were so patient - I'm handy enough to be dangerous around the house and technical things fascinate me, so I like to ask a zillion questions. They answered each and every one of my questions patiently and succinctly and didn't get annoyed with me. At least, they didn't seem to be, hehe I honestly hesitate to write this because we kinda want to gatekeep Sam and his team, hehehehe, but they're the kind of folks that do such a great job and are so HONEST that in the end, you want them to get all the clients, support, and business they can. We cannot recommend these folks enough. And no, we still haven't gotten the gumption to remodel our bathrooms and kitchen yet, but when we do, you can bet that Sam and his team will be the folks we call to help with the plumbing.

Our old house (1937) kept surprising us with plumbing problems, and after years of unsatisfactory service from various plumbers, Flood Brothers were recommended to us, and it was a game changer! In the many years we've used them, they've done everything from major safety work underneath our house to fixing a clog in our sink. No matter how big or small the job, each time they do a job, it stays fixed! They are meticulously clean, thorough, caring, honest and explain each job completely before they begin. From the moment we reached out, their responsiveness and professionalism were exceptional. Mike, along with his crew Tyler and Louie, arrived promptly and immediately put us at ease. They were not only highly knowledgeable and efficient, but also incredibly respectful, caring, and detail-oriented. They took the time to clearly explain the issue, walked us through the solution, and handled everything with confidence and expertise. What really stood out was how clean and organized they were throughout the entire process--something that is so appreciated during a stressful situation. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism, skill, and genuine customer care at this level. You can truly tell they take pride in their work and value their clients. I have already highly recommended Flood Brothers Plumbing to my neighbors, family, friends, fellow homeowners, landlords, and my network of realtors, as well as on Facebook, Instagram, and the Nextdoor app. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and top-quality plumbing company--especially in an emergency--this is the team to call. We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear. The back unit issue was a main line grease buildup/clog that required drain clearing and camera inspection work. Mick also took the time to explain the likely long-term slope/drainage concern with the ADU connection in a very straightforward and practical way. One thing I still appreciate after all these years is that Mick communicates like an operator, not a salesman. He explains what is urgent, what is manageable, and what may become a future capital repair issue without trying to create panic or pressure. Fast response, direct communication, practical diagnostics, and strong long-term knowledge of older LA plumbing systems and rental properties. Still highly recommend Mick and Right Price Rooter & Plumbing.
