They are the most professional, very good quality work and they really value the clients. Thank you kings Pluming. You guys covered my back with the project you have done. read more

It's so stressful and frustrating it is to have home emergencies and Kings just blew me away with their courteous, communicative, and reasonable pricing. Edi came through after having a Christmas Eve emergency of water tank heater going kaput on me. After communicating via Yelp, got the appt, and showed up at 8 am the next day. He guided me through the work, cost, efforts - and followed through with everything he verbally said on the day of the work. Whether you're shopping for a maintenance work, upcoming project, or dire emergency- contact this team as your first stop at the least. You'll be working with professionals! read more

Our home warranty assigned this company for a plumbing job. NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK, UNABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. Fidelity tried calling them various times as well, no response. So frustrating when it's been 5 days with a non functional restroom, we had to ask for a different company. read more

The worst company I've ever dealt with. My water heater broke and my home warranty stuck me with them. They will ignore your calls and they can't ever get reached. Tried calling different times on different days too. Anything just to get someone to talk. Never picked up. They don't communicate with the home warranty company and the lack of initiation to get anything done is forced to be done by the client. The client would have to beg the home warranty and plumber to communicate with each other to resolve the discrepancy of information. For example, they went back and forth about who should be the one to order the part needed for the water heater. It was so unprofessional, it felt like working with children. Plumber says home warranty should buy it. Home warranty says plumber buys it. Guess who is the messenger going back and forth on these two parties? Me. Let's put it this way. Three weeks goes by since the case was opened and the part still has not been ordered yet. Why am I having to check on their work only to find out that the part still wasn't even ordered yet and no courtesy call with a status update? I felt like I had to micromanage them because they could care less to get the work done. One month to have them do one thing - order the part - is ridiculous. Frustrating. Decided to get a cash out from the home warranty company and found another plumbing company who actually picks up and calls back. Called the other plumbing company and they were able to replace the water heater and even upgraded the water heater to the more expensive version at no extra charge. What a difference in professionalism. read more

Kings Plumbing has really been exceptional for us! Even though their schedule is a little hectic (shows how good/busy of plumber they are), once they start the work, they stick through it to finish. They arrived on time and replaced 4 really old and rusted faucets quickly. We have another project for an issue with our shower that I'm looking forward to working with them on as I trust their reliable service for any other work that comes up around our place. read more

We needed our shower valve replaced. Our home warranty sent our Kings Plumbing. There was a breakdown in communication between them and the home warranty. The guy couldn't do the job since we are in a condo and we needed to schedule (and pay) another plumber to come out to shut the water off. Took me a few weeks to coordinate the other plumber to come out. Then kings stopped coordinating with me and lied to the warranty company that they finished the job. But the NEVER did any work. Untrustworthy. read more

I was referred to Kings Plumbing by Fidelity Home Warranty after the first plumber they assigned to me couldn't come for over a week. Ed was calling me before I was off the phone with Fidelity telling me to expect a call from Kings Plumbing. Ed was able to come within 2 hours of receiving the call. He showed me what was causing the leak and fixed my toilet quickly. I am very happy to have found a reliable plumber!! Highly recommend! read more

I got a request through yelp from Kings Plumbing to come out to see if they could assist us with our plumbing needs . I got an immediate response . We made an appointment , he called before he came to give me a lead time on his arrival. He came to the property on time , inspected everything and said he would give me an email that afternoon with the quote. That was great, and that's where great stopped. I never got the quote the first day, nor the second, nor the third day. I followed up 3 times. He followed up after the 3rd time and said he would definitely send it and never did. I can't rate their workmanship as I was never given the quote to be able to. However, 2 stars for a great start. read more

I called with a clogged sink at 11am, and they were here at noon to take a look. Very friendly, did an amazing job with my sink, and fixed it in less than 30 min. It's hard to find a great plumber, but I've found one in Kings. Thank you guys so much!!! read more

We recently tore out our gas appliances and replaced them with electric. We hired Kings Plumbing to cap our gas lines and install a new electric water heater. I called over a dozen plumbers for quotes, and Edi set himself apart quickly with his level of punctuality and dependability. I had spent over a week hounding other plumbers for quotes. Half of them didn't answer the phone. Most of them showed up late for meetings and promised a quote within 48 hours that materialized late or never. When I called Edi, he was able to schedule an onsite meeting for the next day which he then showed up to on time. He gave me a quote on the spot that was near or below what I received from all of the other plumbers I talked to. He was able to start a few days after that and the work was finished within a day. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and appreciative of Edi's level of customer service. We have another home renovation project coming down the pipe and will definitely be using Kings Plumbing again! read more

These guys were superb. The tech who issued my quote was much more detail-oriented than others and they saved me money where they could. Re-routing my supply line seemed like a BIG job but their crew knocked it out in less than a day and had my yard looking like it'd never been touched, by the time they were finished. Most importantly, THEY SAVED MY DRIVEWAY from having to be destroyed. 10/10 would absolutely recommend! read more

Great service! professional, on time, courteous - you won't go wrong hiring them for your repairs =) .. I'm moving and my landlord is forcing me to repair the clogged sink in my bathroom. It was just hair and I knew that, and I voiced that to my landlord and his response was "get a plunger". Yeah, yeah I was livid but I'm moving so what I can I do. I called Roto-rooter because they're familiar and got a quote for $450.. I was like for a clogged sink? The rep said, "yes" because we're professional and blah blah ... I got on google and found Kings Plumbing and was sooooo thankful! they were awesome! quoted me at $85 to snake the drain, came and did the job in under 30 mins. They also accepted a web coupon on the spot! Best home service experience ! Thanks Guys !!!! =) read more

I was referred to Ed through my through my home warranty program and he was the 4th plumber i have had through the program and by far my most favorite! From the moment he contacted me over the phone to meeting up for service you can sense his calm warm spirit. He is so easy to talk t.. I ask 15k questions and each one he answered and when i didn't understand he drew me a picture :) Most of all what I appreciated about his service is that I didn't feel like I was getting "hustled" over every little thing. Unfortunately my sewer is one in a million and instead of doing half the job and having me pay the price he called and told me what happened after he hydrojeted the lines and we changed the plan which stressed me out because I didn't want to have to pay for the whole thing again next time he came out.. He assured me though that the price for the whole job is just the same and the temporary fix will act as a credit and he will come back after I work things out with the neighbor.. I love this and thought it was such a blessing and demonstrated integrity. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs in the future because of his honest, knowledgeable, straightforward and genuine approach to doing and running his business. Thanks So much Ed!! read more

If you have a plumbing job you need done efficiently and quickly - this should be your go to company! Thank you for all your help!

This is hands down the worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a plumber (Charles), and worst follow-up with Ed, the owner of the company. Long story shortened a bit: Charles came out to service a backed-up, slow-draining shower. He spent 5 minutes snaking the drain with a 25 foot line, then insisted it could not be cleared that way. The report back to the home warranty company (which took 5 DAYS!) stated that the repair could not be done, that the clean-out was "not accessible" (it is, there's one right next to the crawl space entrance) and therefore the issue would not be covered by my home warranty company. As a result I spent hours on the phone with the home warranty company, debating this topic, escalating the issue. In the mean time, the Plumber texted my tenant a photo of the clean-out and told HIM what to do, and I quote: " GET SOMETHING 18 INCHES LONG AND JUST SHOVE IT IN AND OUT AND YOU SHOULD BE FINE." Meanwhile Ed insisted to me they'd need to cut open the pipe below the house, because the clean-out was "corroded." He accused me of telling him how to do his job, at the suggestion of a more diligent plumber OR an attempt to just actually use one of TWO clean outs--there's also one outside. Ed said he would put together an estimate for fixing it HIS way, and get back to me the same day. He never called. I called the next day to see what his estimate would be. Left a VM. No call back. VM again. Next day, no call back. Still no call back, ever. FIVE MORE DAYS later after I spent hours and hours on the phone with multiple Home Warranty agents who believed ED's BS, a home warranty supervisor finally agreed to send out another plumber for a second opinion. 48 hours later the second plumber easily cleared the line with a snake that was simply, a little longer... So, NO THANKS to ED and everyone at KINGS PLUMBING, it took me endless hours on the phone and cost my poor tenant almost two weeks without a shower! The customer reviews in Sept and Dec of 2021 say the same thing: Horrible. I would avoid this company at all cost! read more

Just avoid the service if you have a home warranty. Or for any job for that matter. They came to give me a quote on another job. They offered me a free water heater replacement that was covered under my home warranty. Didn't cost me a thing until I realized 7 months later that they're job was not up to the code for where I live, they never pulled a permit for the water heater replacement and left the pressure valve out in the open. (ready to throw boiling water on anyone unlucky enough to walk by) Checked with them and they flat out told me they had to cut some corners to make a profit as the warranty jobs were not paid well. Gave them time and a chances to fix there mistake. Waited patiently and then a few months went by and again nothing. They finally sent a person to fix a minor job, replacing the exhaust pipe over the water heater as it was too close the roof and it was old. The person that came made a half assed job and gave me a new higher quote for the remaining work. I noticed that the guy did not even bother to tighten the new exhaust pipes well. Some strong winds later and this is a picture of their "fixing a mistake work looks like" (before the old pipe and the new shiny exhaust pipes.)As a new homeowner I guess I was not ready to shop for plumbers or any other maintenance service people . So here is some advice for new homeowners or just in general anyone looking into hiring service people. Do your Due diligence on codes, permits, and especially workmanship. These guys let me down time and time again. If it wasn't for a customer service guy I kept speaking to that was atleast honest about being dishonest about the work I would rate them zero stars. The one star is for that guy that gave me hope that they would fix the job. Anyway, I will be submitting a complaint on this company to all state and local licensing organizations. And will find real plumbers for the job as well. read more

I choose their service because of their ratings on Google and Yelp. This was my first time using their service. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible.
