I needed an early morning appointment, and they scheduled Victor for 7:30 AM--he actually arrived at 7:25! There was none of the usual "sometime between 8 and noon" window. Victor replaced the faucet on our 1932 pedestal sink, and it works perfectly. He also secured the pipes under the house that had been left unaddressed before by a previous plumber last month. Our first experience with Advantage Plumbing was great. Kyle was incredibly thorough, explaining in detail how he and his team would handle the job, and answered all of our questions. However, on the day of the job, a truck from a third-party company showed up instead of anyone from Advantage. This was never communicated to us, which was confusing. We decided to give them another chance for a few smaller fixes around our home. We sent over the list and talked everything through with Steve, who made it sound like he would be the one doing the work. On the day of the job, it was not Steve who showed up, but two other Advantage Plumbing employees who had no idea what they were supposed to be fixing, despite us going over everything in detail beforehand. Our managers called for a drain inspection with a camera for two drains in our apartment complex, one of which affects our unit every year, in the form of a sewage flood in the bathroom. I called in the morning and Steve, the owner, was able to get a plumber out in a few hours to fix the issue. The price I was quoted was the price I paid.
