I'd give 10 stars if I could! Riccardo replaced my tankless water heater last year in San Marino. I received multiple quotes and his was the lowest. His service was also the best - all other companies (all of them had 4-5 star ratings on Yelp) basically told me my water heater had to be replaced due to lack of maintenance, but Riccardo took a step further to show me videos of my old water tank and explain what was going on. The replacement was smooth, and he came in to check every shower/faucet to make sure the water was hot enough and pressure was ok. Fast forward a few months (this past week), my new water heater was acting up due to a faulty part. I called Riccardo at 7pm and he showed up half an hour later. He was able to temporarily fix it but didn't have the replacement part on hand, so the water heater acted up again the following day. Instead of having us wait all weekend for the replacement part, he ordered an entirely new water heater for us and had it couriered over from Irvine. He installed the new water heater on the same day and didn't even ask me to pay for any of these visits. Riccardo is reliable, responsive and honest. Would highly recommend to anyone! read more

CANNOT say ENOUGH good things about this company! Happened to be lucky enough to stumble across them when we were in the midst of an absolute plumbing EMERGENCY! Ricardo reached out immediately and sent someone out within 10 minutes! We ended up having an extreme blockage due to root intrusion and they came first thing the following morning which was a Saturday on a Holiday weekend! They couldn't have been nicer and explained everything clearly and thoroughly and were as fair as they could be under the circumstances. Ricardo and team was fantastic. For years, my performance level stove never got as hot as the listed specs. Flames were always low and sometimes the gas wouldn't supply enough to even light the stove. Ricardo came out to assess the issue. After going into the crawl space under the home and pulling the stove out, he diagnosed the gas regulator on the stove was inverted and not installed properly. He quickly replaced the regulator and the stove is operating brand new like it should've from the start. We had a great experience with Rugged Plumbing. Initially, our tenants called them because their drains were backing up. (A persistent problem in this house for years). They assessed the situation and suggested some repair work. Once they got into the pipes, they saw that the work needed was much more costly and expensive. ( This was not a big surprise to us as the sewer issues had been addressed before with band-aid patch jobs) They came the next day and completed some very extensive sewer work. He was able to get to it the same day but unfortunately we ran into some unexpected issues and he had to order an out dated part for my shower. He informed me of the time frame which was reasonable.
