Ricardo and team was fantastic. For years, my performance level stove never got as hot as the listed specs. Flames were always low and sometimes the gas wouldn't supply enough to even light the stove. Ricardo came out to assess the issue. After going into the crawl space under the home and pulling the stove out, he diagnosed the gas regulator on the stove was inverted and not installed properly. He quickly replaced the regulator and the stove is operating brand new like it should've from the start. I had to replace 2 facets in the bathroom, but I also found out my stop valves were leaking, so he replaced those as well. He really knows what he is doing. Best service I've received. The first time I called Ricardo came the same day and even earlier as expected. He was very kind And upfront about everything and gave me a quote. He was able to get to it the same day but unfortunately we ran into some unexpected issues and he had to order an out dated part for my shower. He informed me of the time frame which was reasonable. Between the time we were waiting for the part my shower started leaking and again I called Ricardo and he came over to take care of it less than an hour from me calling.
