He was able to get to it the same day but unfortunately we ran into some unexpected issues and he had to order an out dated part for my shower. He informed me of the time frame which was reasonable. Between the time we were waiting for the part my shower started leaking and again I called Ricardo and he came over to take care of it less than an hour from me calling. The third time he came with the parts and was able to install it without any problems. My shower is now functional and I couldnt be happier! I had to replace 2 facets in the bathroom, but I also found out my stop valves were leaking, so he replaced those as well. He really knows what he is doing. Had an issue with plumbing on Saturday late afternoon, he was there within a couple hours. Quickly diagnosed the problem and even offered to stay into evening to fix. Wasn't calamitous so we pushed to Monday, but the willingness to work into the evening on Ricardo's part was exceptional. And there wasn't going to be some after hours, weekend upcharge. My plumbing issue happened on Thanksgiving day. Of all days! I've already tried to do it myself for a few hours but was told it was the main pipe line. Of all the places I've messaged that morning, Ricardo gave the best price.
