A few months ago I needed to have my pipes changed because of built up corrosion that was restricting pressure and so he came with his team and had it done in a day! My plumbing issue happened on Thanksgiving day. Of all days! I've already tried to do it myself for a few hours but was told it was the main pipe line. Of all the places I've messaged that morning, Ricardo gave the best price. I knew it would be a bit expensive since it was on a holiday but he suggested I wait the next day since it'll be way cheaper, so that's what I did. He even accommodated around my work schedule! I had to be at work at 9am Friday, he came right on time at 6am, finished in about 1 - 1 1/2hrs time. Even made it to work on time! He was very professional and gave me a run down on what happened and showed me the video/camera that he used to see the pipe lines. He mentioned we should excavate outside so we don't have to take out the toilet every time it clogs and gave me a pricing for that. We had put off a leaky kitchen pipe for a while and we finally decided to have it fixed. Finding a new plumber can be a bit stressful, but picking Rugged Plumbing turned out to be a great choice. I called Rugged to schedule an appointment and they scheduled an appointment at 1:00 pm the very next day. They called to let me know they were running a bit late and would be there around 4:30. Not a problem. Ricardo showed up and was able to determine what part of the sink needed to be replaced. He provided a very fair quote and then went out to purchase the exact part that he would need to fix the sink. He installed the new pipe, cleaned up and did a fantastic job.
