Used Diaz plumbing twice now. Pricing was fair and quality of work outstanding. My go to plumber now.

Very quick to respond and very professional. They are my go to for myself and my tenants.

I had a handiman replace a toilet today but for some reason it did not flush. I contacted Diaz plumbing and Marco the technician came out flushed the toilet and it ended up working after all. Marco was very courteous and checked a few other areas and made sure everything was ok. I give 5 stars to Diaz plumbing for being helpful and honest. read more

I've been looking for a good plumber for a long time and I finally found a wonderful one. Diaz Plumbing is a family owned business that takes a lot of pride in their work. They are not one of those large impersonal companies with bad attitudes. I have not met Mr. Diaz senior, but his son Aidan is an excellent plumber. My main line tends to get blocked by tree roots regularly. They did a wonderful job clearing it with their hydro jet. The before and after videos were really informative. They descaled my tankless hot water heater and cleared a blockage in my dishwasher. Aidan also helped me figure out what parts I need to order to stop my bathroom sink and shower from leaking. He was kind enough to point out that although my fixtures were old they were still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I'm still waiting for the parts to arrive so Diaz can repair the leaks. Nice people, arrived on time, they were thoughtful and helpful and left the areas they were working in spotless! They're a great find!! read more

I had a leak from my shower . Continual water coming out of faucet . They came to fix it . First said, they would replace but then said it required more work . They came back 2 days later and it was a big charge !!!!!! So expensive for 20 minutes of work . The plumbers were nice but I was extremely overcharged . read more

We hired them to fix a pipe and provide a report for the insurance company. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend! read more

I've used Diaz's Plumbing twice now, and they've been fantastic both times. They arrive when promised, do excellent work, are respectful, and clean up afterward. After having the same plumber for 35 years, I was nervous about trying someone new--but Diaz's Plumbing has completely earned my trust. Highly recommend! read more

Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs. Very thorough and professional. I didn't feel as they were trying to add unnecessary work like other places do. read more

Very professional service. Manny and his assistant were on time and quickly started work on our issue. Unfortunately, our new toilet wouldn't fit due to incorrectly installed pipes and our shower couldn't be fixed same day because our pipes are too old (requires different parts/fix). Manny informed us of the solutions but didn't pressure us into anything. Gave us all of the information we needed to proceed. He even caught a leak under the house and clamped it while we work on a more permanent solution. Manny was able to schedule us for an immediate follow up visit to minimize the issues (and potential damage) we've been dealing with. read more

Outstanding service. Fast, reasonable and efficient. They explained each step. My plumbing problem was resolved the same day and it was not an easy fix but a good one. read more

Technician Adrian charged me $1000 for hydro-jet to clear a sewer line. He did mention that it would back up soon, but it clogged up 9 days after which is insane. I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided by Diaz Plumbing company. They are expensive not reliable or honest with their customers. Please be aware that they don't offer any warranty on their service. read more

As Apartment building Manager we had a shower valve jammed open, with water running full blast. Called Adrian at Diaz Plumbing, and he said they could arrive at 7:30 the next morning. They arrived on time and performed replacement of both shower valves much more quickly than anticipated. They quoted it would require two hours to shut off the water for the entire building, but it only took them less than one hour. Excellent service and superior workmanship. Well recommended, we will call them again. read more

I had to pipe burst my entire sewer line which meant they had to do some excavations along with updating the piping in my laundromat. Was a huge project. I brought in three separate vendors for quotes and Diaz was the least costliest along with being able to schedule the work right away and have it done the quickest. Took them 3 days to do it all while the other vendors would have taken 2 weeks or so. Great job and I would recommend them. read more

First of all- these guys are the BEST!! We have used Diaz for about a decade- and have always been happy with their excellent work, fairness, honesty, and over all excellence. Adrian is fantastic, he is literally ALWAYS available, and always sends guys over ASAP. The last time we called Diaz, we had a serious issue with our plumbing, I was out of town working, my wife was at our home alone. Not only did Adrian send over Manny and his team within 30 mins, they knew exactly what to do, and solved our issue. Aside from solving our plumbing issue, Team Diaz moved a bunch of boxes to access the service area, which took several hours to do and was for sure not their job- but they did it and never complained one bit- now that is what I call above and beyond service. For small repairs, or big ones, Diaz is THE go to place for all plumbing needs, we really value their service, and the ease of working with them. They have a customer for LIFE with my wife and I - I highly recommend Diaz Plumbing for it all- Top Level Performance and People. 10/10!! The best. read more

Adrian came out immediately the next morning, was professional, reliable and quickly able to detect the source of the leak (it was missed in the past). So grateful for his assistance. I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. A plumber earlier that week tried to con thousands of dollars outta me. I called these guys and they came on a Saturday morning, fixed my problem, and charged me a very fair $300. With a 90 day guarantee! I'll call them first for any plumbing issues in the future. read more

We were desperate for a repair to the pipe where the water hose connects and our regular plumber wasn't available. So we called Diaz Plumbing. Someone answered our call quickly and sent a technician in the allotted 2 hour window. They installed a new "4 inch nipple and installed a new "hose bibb" in about an hour's time. Im not gonna lie, I was surprised at the cost. They're a little pricey for my liking, but as I said before, we were desperate. Next time I'll insist on an estimate. read more

It was the second time I needed them and the second time they did not disappoint. The service is great and they came right on time.

Manny is the best of the best. We had guests on a Saturday night & our whole house backed up with an indescribable mess. Within half an hour Manny came & not only fixed our plumbing problem, but in addition, without asking, cleaned the area & left it ready for use again by our guests. Can't thank him enough & highly recommend the business. No one will go wrong with Manny & Diaz Plumbing. read more

My local plumber retired and recommended Diaz Plumbing when I had a main line blockage ... or at least I thought I did. Two guys showed up the morning after a call and said "...pretty sure everything is running through, maybe the blockage pushed out overnight?" Sure enough, no issues. Here's the thing: the refused payment, literally saying "we didn't do anything" even though they came to my house and checked it out - that's something! I gave them each some money for lunch just to show my thanks. Fast forward to almost a year later, I have another blockage, and this one isn't going away. Two different guys again showed up the morning after my call and were able to punch out the blockage through my two-way cleanout within about 10 minutes. Again, no charge, in part because I was asking for an estimate about repiping the drains for the whole house, and was told I'd be contacted about getting an estimate. Now, to be completely honest, I was never contacted. BUT, I also haven't had any issue since and I have still yet to give Diaz a single penny. But I will. Soon. I promise. Because I need a new hot water heater. Incredibly pleased with their service and speed. Thank you!! read more

Requested an inspection for my tankless water heater that someone else had installed. Diaz plumbing showed up and gave me feedback as to what might be causing the problem. I decided to have it fix under warranty from the initial installer. Diaz plumbing was helpful and at the end didn't charge me for the inspection. Thank you for your help. read more

Adrian's technician came in 20 minutes after my calling to ask for services - a leak under the kitchen sink. Manuel was respectful and efficient, he found the problem right away and quickly fixed it. The price was much less than I expected! I will be using Diaz Plumbing in the future for all my plumbing issues! Highly recommend! read more
