I called Pablo after a handful of plumbers looked at my severely-corroded-and-literally-chipping-away pipe and said that I'd need to rip out the bathtub tiles. I was exhausted from all the previous failed attempts, that I literally picked One Way Rooter Services based on the short distance from my place. And it turned out to be the single best and the only right decision I made in this endeavor to fix the stupid spout! Pablo sent his brother and one other helper. It was supposed to be a free estimate visit, and to be honest, I had zero expectations. But within minutes, Pablo called me, gave me two options, and assured me that it can be fixed. I loved the level of confidence, and I felt hopeful again. Once I gave Pablo the green light, the onsite team got to work right away. The two were skilled, to say the least. They looked at the problem, brought in the tools, and BOOM. Fixed in less than an hour, no tiles ripped! They even cleaned up after themselves. From booking to paying, the whole experience was 10 out of 10. Just... all impressive. I'm SO GLAD that I now have a reliable plumber a minute away! TLDR; Call Pablo! read more

I was referred to One Way as our first floor of our commercial building was flooding. They came out within an hour and stopped the flooding. Found corroded cast iron pipe under building and broken clay pipe headed out to city sewer. Gave a fair estimate and scheduled work when the tenants were closed for business. They spent almost 12 hours breaking the sidewalk, getting out the broken pipes, relining everything and then re-cementing the sidewalk. Tremendous job. I applaud them and their communication with me throughout the process. read more

Customer service was on point. I thought I had a clogged mainline and it turns out their was 3 pieces of wood stuck in the pipe just like they said. Very skillful and knowledgeable. I would hands down recommend them and will use them for sure again. I was pushing back on their recommendations they were giving me but at the end they proved to me they knew what they were talking about the whole time. Value for your buck. read more

My toilet was not flush properly so contacted One way rooter service. Pablo, Leo and Luis were very professional and done the job perfectly. They diagnose with camera to ensure the issue and were able to pull out the toilet lifter it was stuck in my toilet. They also diagnose the rest of the pipe and found old material stuck in main pipe it seems like happened during the old construction. It saved another clog issue can happen in future. Got nothin' but compliments for One Way Rooter Services. We were shopping around for quotes and they were so quick to respond with a great price! They were able to come on the same day to fix our clogged sink that has been filled with rotten water for days. The person sent to our doorsteps was Leo. He was very helpful, kind, polite, and efficient. He came exactly at the time that was scheduled. The overall work time took about 20 minutes. The next thing we know our kitchen sink was working as if nothing ever happened to it. We will most definitely give them a call again the next time we have any issues with our sink! read more

I called Pablo to assess my old tankless water heater. He was quick to respond and came right on time the next day. He was very upfront about the options and estimate. We decided to move forward with the tankless water heater replacement. The replacement wasn't an easy job considering our old home and improper installation from a previous plumber but his guys were able to relocate the heater and bring it all up to code. They also did additional work that other companies would of charged me for but he kept his word on the quote. I will continue to call Pablo for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company for any Plumbing/water heater needs. read more

The company I work for, Aids Healthcare Foundation has had Pablo and Edgar on call for a few years now, and they are ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE AND GET WORK DONE! To make it short, we have at least 5 hotels (each with at least 200 units) with OLD plumbing, and tenants that destroy property. Therefore, my job is to send those plumbing work orders to these guys. I send them at least 10 tickets a day for each location (not including emergencies and weekends), and they always send before and after pictures, and give updates. Which is super helpful since I have to close work orders. I work with many construction vendors, and these guys are one of the most pleasant to work with! Very rarely have they missed work orders, but its understandable when we give them so much work. And when we remind them about it, they get it done that same day. To explain their work, we have many city inspectors visiting our buildings because of the tenants we have, and their work has never had a violation. And I'm not talking about a replaced toilet, I'm talking about pipes being replaced from the lobby to the 5th floor, and no violation! Literally, everything on their "Services Offered" has been done multiple times at our locations. read more

Plumbing issues tend to be a matter of emergency. We had some pipes damaged and OWRS was at our home within 10 hours (overnight). Our issue was fixed within a couple of hours, and i merely had to do some light drywall patching after. Great service, great price. This is definitely our go-to plumbing service moving forward. Se les agradece mucho su esfuerzo! read more

Pablo and his crew did quality work, exceeded my expectations for how long the job took, and kept the job site clean. I will definitely get a proposal from him, and likely hire him again when I have further plumbing needs. The job I had was to re-pipe my 1940's house. The house is about 1100 square feet with 1 bathroom. The house also needed a new water heater, pressure regulator, and a hose bib. I wanted copper piping in the home. Pablo gave me a fair proposal with the price just above the middle of the 5 proposals I received. He was not the least expensive, nor was he the most expensive. Pablo's crew arrived on time, got right to work on the job. Pablo brought enough plumbers to ensure that the job went smoothly and rapidly. They completed ahead of my time expectations. I had originally thought the job would take 2 days of plumbing, and 1 day of wall patching. Pablo and his crew completed the job in 1 long day of 11 hours. The work is of high quality, and now I have consistent water pressure and iron free water through out the house. They also did a good job of cleaning up the job site, and keeping the inside of the house fairly clean. read more

I sent out requests for estimates via Yelp. Pablo got back to me the quickest and with a reasonable quote. My kitchen faucet just stopped working all of a sudden. Pablo made an appointment and showed up exactly on time with a mask. Pablo was also happy to accommodate my request for him to wear shoe covers. Pablo quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and gave me recommendation for preventative maintenance. I was advised to do yearly cleaning on my hot water heater, which left sediments in the pipe, eventually built up to the point of blocking the water entirely. Definitely recommend for great service and supporting a local family business! read more

This Sunday my bathtub decided to clog up. I have long hair and every few years it happens. Out of all days though Sunday when the majority of businesses are closed. I contacted many plumbers and most of them charged an arm and a leg for coming out on a Sunday. There were also a few that were reasonably priced but they couldn't come out for up to 4 hours. I randomly came across one way rooter. They were extremely responsive on yelp and even said they could be there within an hour. They gave me a quote on yelp and even arrived early (within 30 mins of calling them). I wish I would have found them sooner. They finished snaking the bathtub within 30 mins and everything has been working great ever since. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing emergencies. read more

HONEST. ON-TIME. PROFESSIONAL. FAST. FAIR. Plus, they even tidy up before taking off. And, unlike others who quickly smell the desperation coming from some backed-up toilet or clogged kitchen sink, these guys do the job without charging a sh*t-load for the service (even late into the evening). Straight up, you're reading this b/c you're in need of a good plumber to fix whatever it is you can't... and you're really wanting to avoid flushing your hard earned money down the proverbial drain.
