Excellent service! After getting multiple quotes I chose Ortega, they gave me the fairest price. More importantly they were above and beyond respectful and professional in my home. Very detailed in explaining what they would do in moving my Washer and Dryer hookups. They were on time, put down walkway protectors everywhere and very friendly. Great staff. Will definitely be calling them again on my next project! read more

I can't say enough about Ortega Plumbing. I spoke with Jorge about installing two new faucets in my bathroom and they were ready to come the next day. A huge shoutout to owner Jorge, lead Anderson, and apprentice Kevin -- these guys are the real deal. They were responsive, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. One thing I'd highly recommend: add on the camera inspection service. It gives you a detailed look at the condition of your pipes and real peace of mind for any potential issues down the road. Totally worth it. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, look no further. Ortega Plumbing has a customer for life! read more

Ortega Plumbing Services - Replaced water heater and smokestack - Plumbing Near Me

Water heater went out on Sunday night and needed to b replaced asap. I called Ortega Plumbing on Monday morn'g and here's what constitutes a 5 star rating: 1- Communication! Jorge answered his phone.... no VM, no robo-assistance and no BS. 2- Punctual! He & a coworker arrived the same day, ahead of schedule 3- Prepared! No back & forth to the hardware store. All the supplies were on the truck... even the specific water heater I requested (special case. otherwise, Jorge can help you choose) 4- Efficient! It took, maybe, a little less than an hour to remove the old, install the new, hook up all the valves, lines & straps. 5- Reasonable! He didnt go for the jugular. Jorge is a licensed professional who gave us a straight forward & fair price. And here's a bonus - Thorough!! My WH had been sitting on the cement for years. Jorge took the initiative to gather a few undesignated pavers, laying around, to make a pedestal for the tank. Who does that?! Someone who cares about his brand! We are grateful. read more

Jorge and his crew were professional, on time, and great to work with. They repiped the gas line in my almost 100-year-old home and replaced all of the sewer lines, both old and newer sections. They came in well below the pricing from a larger company and completed the job on schedule. They answered all of my questions, passed city inspections on the first try, and documented the work with photos throughout the project. I'm glad hiring a small business paid off, and I'm happy to recommend them. read more

I can't recommend Jorge enough! From the moment I called, he was courteous, professional, and incredibly responsive. I can't say enough about Ortega Plumbing. I called them regarding a major backup at my mom's house, and they were able to come the next day. On time, easy to work with, accommodating and fair price. Will work with again! Came out multiple times with no added charge

Honest, Affordable, and Fast -- Jorge at Ortega Plumbing Is the Best We had two clogs in our original cast iron pipe, and most plumbers we called gave us outrageous quotes just to replace the parts of the pipe that were broken. Then we found Jorge at Ortega Plumbing, and he was a total game changer. Jorge showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and gave us a fair, honest price -- no pressure, no upselling. We ended up replacing the entire pipe, which only felt possible because his pricing was so reasonable. The work was done quickly and professionally, and he even followed up to make sure everything was perfect. Jorge is dependable, skilled, and truly trustworthy -- exactly what you want in a plumber. Highly recommend Ortega Plumbing -- I won't call anyone else! read more

Let me tell ya! Jorge and his MEN, were awesome! They taught me some soldering tricks that I didn't think of before, to get a broken piece out! And I've done soldering before!! I had already left the house to run an errand! They saw that I wasn't there and saw the project that needed to be done and got right on it! By me not being there at that time, he text me that they were already working on the project! They trusted me not being there and started working on it, until I got there! He worked on this project from someone they NEVER met.... BUT, he had already felt the vibe coming either from our communication or from the home itself!....That made me feel good and PROUD, because that's "Old School" respect and honor! The men are very courteous and professional! And free willing on giving me tips! They saw that I respect their profession! And even shined up the decades old pieces of piping to make them look like new with the new pieces!! For what I had done, they were very very reasonable on the price! Others, tried to get me to pay for their Hawaiian vacation for a family of 4 on a 45 minute job! Much RESPECT to Jorge and his crew! You can't go wrong using them! They will respect you and take PRIDE in their projects! read more

Very responsive, super thorough and helpful. They stopped by last minute and got me out of a jam. Highly recommended.

Yup, these guys are legit, amazing work! I live in a condo and a shower valve was leaking. I was skeptical seeing all the 5 star reviews, but I pulled the trigger and gave them a call. They responded quickly, gave me fair pricing, arrived on time, and did QUALITY work. They take great care in their work and it shows. Absolutely calling them for any plumbing needs I have in the future. read more

My rating is based on excellent response time, professionalism and service. Ortega spent time with me to manage an emergency plumbing situation. They had all the answers needed. They figured out what the problem is and what I needed. They will come same day or next day. I trust them. In the end, my landlord would not pay for their service and botched the repair choosing to do it on their own. I trust this company for any future issues. read more

Great service. Excellent work. Jorge was very responsive and clear in pricing. Both the gentlemen Kevin and Anderson who relocated and installed my tankless did a clean and excellent job. Ortega Plumbing deserves a 5 stars reviews. The technician plumber who came out, Jorge, was on time, professional and honest. I had issues with my water heater and noisy pipes, and Jorge was able to inspect the problem and provide solutions. With the cost of things and services at a all time high, it is good to have individuals who atyren't there to simply take your money but to provide good service and genuinely want to help you. Jorge brings a breath of fresh air and peace of mind that I am getting the best and most affordable service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services. read more

The 1st time I called Jorge, Dec 2023, was to move some gas and water pipes from an where old indoor tankless water heater used to be, to under my house and out of the way. He did a wonderful job at a great price! The 2nd time I called, he cleaned out my kitchen p-trap, also a great job at a great price. This morning at 7 am, I texted him because it was leaking under my bathroom sink. I sent him pics, he bought the needed materials and was at my house by 8:30am and replaced all the old leaky pipes, etc. I can not express how grateful and happy I am with the work Jorge has done for me. He is honest, efficient, clean, respectful, and affordable. He's my go-to for sure. You can't go wrong when you call Jorge at Ortega.Plumbing!! read more

Jorge is a gem. He's worked on three different jobs for us ranging from smaller maintenance (like changing out our garbage disposal) to a bigger three day job of changing out our galvanized sewer pipes. Jorge has consistently shown great work ethic and he always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is completed thoroughly. He's easy to work with and communicative. We're thankful to have found him in an industry where plumbers often gouge prices or are not reliable. We will definitely work with him again on future projects. read more

Jorge and his assistant delivered a great job when I had issues with my Toilets. I called yesterday at around 7am and were at my house after finishing another job after 9am, quick and smooth communication, with him he makes sure everything runs smoothly after he finishes the job. He stopped by today to make sure everything kept running smoothly and is always available if any issues arise. Definitely will be my go to for any plumbing issues. read more

Ortega Plumbing is definitely my new go-to for any plumbing needs. I called for a leaky faucet in the bathroom and decided to look on yelp. I'm trying to stay away from big businesses that charge you ridiculous prices and do half-assed work. I messaged Jorge on Yelp and he got back to me immediately with possible causes of the leak and price. He was able to come later in the week and he arrived on time. He took a look at the faucet and kept me updated on possible issues. He took it apart and lucky enough he had the part with him. He made the quick change, tested it, and that was it. Affordable, fast, and super friendly. Will definitely keep him on speed dial for any future issues. Thanks Jorge! read more

I hired Ortega Plumbing to replace an old toilet. Jorge and his buddy did the work really well even though there were some issues due to some misfits, but they were able to make it work. ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*** Hopefully I will not have to revise this review. Ortega Plumbing was the most responsive and helpful plumber who got back to me on my project request and he's coming early tomorrow morning to do the repairs. I am very grateful. UPDATE!!! I couldn't recommend Ortega Plumbing more highly. I'm a tough customer and expect excellence no matter what it is - whether it's a service or a product I need. They showed up on time. They communicated from start to finish. They basically undercharged me because they had to do more work than anticipated, which was totally legit. My kitchen sink was clogged due to a pipe that was on its last leg, which they replaced. I asked them take a look at my toilet which my nightmare landlord's handyman has not been able to fix after three visits --- AND Ortega Plumbing didn't charge me for the flapper that was necessary, which they installed. My toilet works correctly now for the first time in six months. And my kitchen sink is like new too! I love love love Ortega Plumbing!!!! read more
