Bathtub was not draining quickly so my roommate called Mr. Rooter, who sent over a technician with…read morea free estimate. The technician said that they would be able to unclog the drain for us at a discounted rate of $300, but added that "it will drain better but can't guarantee how significantly better." That concerned us but we thought fine, as long as our bathtub drains normally. To our concern, the technician struggled to the point where he had to call in another technician for assistance. He then could not replace the screw on our faceplate, stating that the hole was stripped, and just left it as it is! We were concerned but he assured us that this new hole won't create any leaks and that any water that gets through the hole would just go down the drain. However, this now creates the new problem - we can't take any baths because this new hole drains our bath water. Now we have to hire someone else to replace the faceplate. Two stars for clearing the drain, -3 stars for creating another problem and just leaving it.
