I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievably bad. I hired this plumber to install a grinder pump system. Shortly after installation the brand new pump began tripping and failing to operate correctly. When the problem started I called and texted repeatedly. Every single attempt to contact him was ignored. No return calls. No texts. No follow up. Just complete silence while I am left with a faulty system that he installed. Unexpected problems can happen with any job, what separates a professional from an amateur is how they handle it. In this case there was zero accountability and zero customer service. Once payment was collected I might as well not exist. If you are considering hiring this company understand that if something goes wrong you may be on your own. No frills no fuss. I contacted on Friday afternoon saying we needed help fixing a leak in the wall in our garage. They came out by Saturday at 9 AM and were finished by 11 AM. It could've been finished even faster but they had a mix up of parts when they went to go purchase to help us with the leak. I contacted them through Yelp and they were quick to respond and gave me an accurate and reasonable quote. Just want to say how great these guys were even though we weren't able to fix my unique issue. I have a really long sewer run and i need to locate the line above ground. Their scope wasn't long enough, and trust me the run is very very long so its not an issue on their end. but they helped me locate where the line was at 100' and suggested a clean out at that spot since there is supposed to be cleanouts every 100' anyways. Didn't even charge me after all the work they did, hope to provide them with other work as I felt they were very honest and diligent in what they do. read more

Double sink in the kitchen with a garbage disposal was clogged. Evaluate 1 leaky shower & 1 wall mounted tub filler can't get cold water to come on. Such clean ,quality work just so fast u know he can do it in his sleep. Our water heater suddenly wasn't making hot water, so we called Jose M Plumbing and asked if the could schedule an inspection/assessment ASAP. They were able to see us the very next morning. I hired another plumber and he inspected shower pipes. Your assessment was wrong that pipes were old. Turns out the pipes are in good condition. After he removed the stem you installed, the rubber piece was missing. The piece that I bought brand new that you used and still charged me full price for installing!
