Easy to communicate with and schedule. We were able to get a next day appointment since our kitchen sink was clogged. We do not have a clean out, so to clear the drain and replace a ptrap slip nut was $155. Worth it for the drain to be cleared by the next day. He accepted Zelle, Venmo, or a check. This made payment options simple. read more

Jose has done it again! Great guy! Hard working and so helpful. He came right away to help us. He had helped us with our water heater in the past and now our toilet. I know I can depend on him. If you are looking for help, Jose is your guy. read more

The cold water pipe in my garage was leaking, and the water had already flooded the floor. Jose used specialized equipment to locate the leak and replaced the damaged hot and cold water pipes. The entire job took about two hours, and the charge was reasonable and fair for the work performed. Jose was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him to my friends! read more

Amazing! Jose M Plumbing came out the same day to fix our kitchen sink faucet and toilet issues. They arrived quickly, were professional, and got everything repaired efficiently. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievably bad. I hired this plumber to install a grinder pump system. Shortly after installation the brand new pump began tripping and failing to operate correctly. When the problem started I called and texted repeatedly. Every single attempt to contact him was ignored. No return calls. No texts. No follow up. Just complete silence while I am left with a faulty system that he installed. Unexpected problems can happen with any job, what separates a professional from an amateur is how they handle it. In this case there was zero accountability and zero customer service. Once payment was collected I might as well not exist. If you are considering hiring this company understand that if something goes wrong you may be on your own. Based on my experience I would NEVER trust them with any plumbing work again. read more

Great response time and quick service! Price was reasonable and friendly interaction! Will be calling again! Thanks, Jose's!

Excellent work. I work very long hours, so I cannot always respond to my renters for emergency plumbing issues. I texted Jose via yelp and he responded with in 30min. We coordinated everything over text. He showed up the next day and took care of the issue. He even instructed my tenant on how to avoid the issue in the future. I highly recommend Jose and his company. - Fernando read more

Very pleasant hard workers. Will recommend them and used them again for future needs.

I didn't actually end up going with these guys but will keep them in mind for future. Got a quote from them in the morning and indicated they could come and fix but it would be end of the day. They gave an extremely fair and reasonable price for my leaky bathtub faucet. Seems like just as their description says, they're only a couple of guys so if you are in a hurry they may not be the best option but in the end if it's truly not an emergency then I'd recommend these guys. read more

I already have a plumber that I like but needed to get a 2nd quote for my own piece of mind, I found Jose and his dad through this Yelp page. Jose was so prompt and professional in his communication, they also came the next day and gave me a full explanation about what they thought was needed to be done. I didn't end up using Jose because they provided me with information that led me to feel comfortable with the plumber I already use. But I want to write this review just to give props to them for their service and communication. If I didn't already have a plumber, they would definitely be the ones I use. read more

Jose M Plumbing saved my day! I had called several plumbing companies and 2 of them never showed up and another wanted to come until the following day. My water heater stopped working Thursday morning and they were here within 2 hours of calling them. They gave me options to replace the water heater completely due to the heaters age or replace parts. They replaced some parts for the water heater and now I have hot water again. I will forever keep using them for all my plumbing issues and recommend them to all my friends and family. read more

No frills no fuss. I contacted on Friday afternoon saying we needed help fixing a leak in the wall in our garage. They came out by Saturday at 9 AM and were finished by 11 AM. It could've been finished even faster but they had a mix up of parts when they went to go purchase to help us with the leak. I contacted them through Yelp and they were quick to respond and gave me an accurate and reasonable quote. The only thing is they won't patch up the drywall after they tore it up to fix the leak, but that seems pretty standard for plumbers. I'd recommend Jose and his father! read more

Awesome experience with Jose, very knowledgeable and genuine. Made sure to take care of all the issues at hand. Very professional. Will definitely save in contacts for the future. read more

My water heater went out and it needed a replacement. I tried a service through Home Depot and their vendor never showed up. I found Jose M Plumbing through yelp and took a chance. He got back to me quickly, provided a quote (a fair quote) and came through the next day. He was on time and also very communicative throughout the process. Even going above and beyond to secure the water heater. The water heater was installed and within the hour, I have hot water again! So happy with the service and everything. I highly recommend him and look forward to calling him up for future services. read more

Just want to say how great these guys were even though we weren't able to fix my unique issue. I have a really long sewer run and i need to locate the line above ground. Their scope wasn't long enough, and trust me the run is very very long so its not an issue on their end. but they helped me locate where the line was at 100' and suggested a clean out at that spot since there is supposed to be cleanouts every 100' anyways. Didn't even charge me after all the work they did, hope to provide them with other work as I felt they were very honest and diligent in what they do. read more

Jose did a great job! I will be using him in the future. I even recommend him to my mom.

Jose responded to our late evening request very fast and came the next day to fix our clogged kitchen sink. He arrived on time. Great communication and service! The price is very reasonable. I like that he is very honest, unlike many other plumbers who tried to rip us off and charge ridiculous amount. He is one of the best plumbers we have ever had used. Will definitely call again if we have any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend! read more

Just needed a kitchen faucet install. They took less than an hour. Didn't make a mess. Very pleasant gentleman.

Our shower valve broke and water was gushing out. I called Jose and he immediately scheduled an appointment within one hour. Jose Sr. and Jose Jr. were absolutely wonderful. They came, took care of business and resolved a major problem. There quality of work was top notch and they were so kind and overall hardworking, great guys! I am glad to add Jose to my plumber go to person. I highly recommend Jose M Plumbing. Prices was reasonable too! read more

Jose M Plumbing all the way! Needed to make repairs on a toilet and bathroom sink in Pasadena. As I started the daunting task of researching plumbers, I sent out several requests for estimates via Yelp. Some didn't respond, others didn't want to provide an estimate without an onsite consult and others provided extremely high quotes. Jose was responsive, detailed and fair. He was communicative and explained the work to be done based on pictures I sent. It was easy to make an appointment and they arrived right on time. The repairs were done quickly and professionally. This father/son duo impressed me with their customer service. If you need a plumber, Jose's your guy. read more

Double sink in the kitchen with a garbage disposal was clogged. Tried my best for 2 days to fix it myself (baking soda, vinegar, plunger, snake, you name it lol) with no luck, figured I would call in the experts. They were in and out of my house in 30 minutes, even though the clog was tricky and they had to go outside to reach it. Excellent work at a very very good price. Very friendly as well. They are now definitely my go-to plumbers. read more

I absolutely recommend this dynamic duo to save you from toilet nightmares!! Thank you sooo much Jose for coming in and doing such an amazing job at our company. Great local company! Fast, friendly , affordable service . Thank you guys for your help !

Evaluate 1 leaky shower & 1 wall mounted tub filler can't get cold water to come on. Such clean ,quality work just so fast u know he can do it in his sleep. His son is quiet but works hard & is very smart. Both are Very respectful men, and Dad really works with you on price. I will promise you it's better than a fair price for some honest to goodness good neat work that they clearly take pride in. Seriously call them for anything big & small. The first time this man came to my house, I wasn't married or dating...it was a Sunday & I was like well here goes nothing. Imma pay booo-kuuuu$$$. Well he was in n out by 30 mins & charged under 100...remember that was like 7 years ago....lol. What I would also like to says as a single woman, it's scary thinking about letting ANYBODY in ur house these days. I have a pretty good intuition & was never on high alert or watching where the partner (son) was. Quite the contrary, all I got was kindness and respect These 2 know what their doing for sure & would rather try to clean/salvage the existing part than upsell u something u don't really need. If u did want the new part 95% of the time he has it on his truck read more

They say they are 24 hr and their website stresses 24 hour. Called on a Wednesday at 8:40 pm and they were not willing to go unclog a drain.

Our water heater suddenly wasn't making hot water, so we called Jose M Plumbing and asked if the could schedule an inspection/assessment ASAP. They were able to see us the very next morning. The best part was they were able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly, right after they arrived, and we had hot water again in roughly one hour (time it took the tank to reheat the water). Both plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. read more
