I was waiting to hear "we quoted you this price but it took a lot longer so here is the updated cost". That did not happen. Brandon and Fernando were very professional and friendly. This company was recommended to me by the company that will install my gutters and I will absolutely recommend them as well. It was a very pleasant experience. Give them a try!

I had a confirmed appointment that was a complete no-call/no-show. I left voicemails that were never returned. Instead of explaining what happened, they scheduled another appointment without asking if I was available. After I complained, the supervisor, Ray, apologized and personally assured me George would come the next day. Then two different plumbers showed up hours earlier than the scheduled appointment while I was leaving for physical therapy. Later that afternoon, George called to explain his work van had been broken into and the replacement part had been stolen. While I understand emergencies happen, he assured me the part would be reordered and that someone would contact me. No one ever did. A week later I called Ray myself. He said he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I then sent him a detailed text explaining everything and requesting an update. That was ignored too. Meanwhile, my shower continues to leak every day, wasting water and increasing my water bill. The biggest issue isn't the delay--it's the complete lack of communication and accountability. Multiple missed callbacks, a no-call/no-show, appointments changed without my approval, and repeated broken promises are simply unacceptable. I gave this company every opportunity to resolve this privately before writing this review. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a company that treats customers this way.

A second site visit was conducted, photos were provided, and the quote was increased based on new findings. After two inspections, I reasonably assumed that all measurements had been properly verified and that the revised quote was final. Based on that understanding, I proceeded to schedule the pipe replacement. However, on the scheduled workday, after the job had already begun, they measured the pipe again and informed me that the quote would need to be increased by $1,000 due to a measurement error. Even more concerning, after presenting this adjustment, they left to check on supplies and returned with yet another $1,000 increase--despite there being no change in scope or new circumstances. A few minutes later, I received an additional call requesting another $600, stating that they needed a specific fitting to connect my 1¼-inch water leak monitor to the 2-inch pipeline--sizes they were already aware of when preparing the quote. At that point, I decided to cancel the work. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I usually don't write yelp reviews about plumbing. So I had no issues with my water heater. My friend recommend I change the anode rod. He honestly told me in his 8 years of plumbing that anode rods don't need to be replaced on gas heater. He tried to do it, but failed because me and my friend stripped the anode rode. He could keep trying but the heater would puncture. He actually took the whole heater out and inspected and put it back in. Overall he is very honest plumber and felt like he really tried to help me. His pricing is very fair. His business is family owned business. He and wife are the employees. He is very skilled in his craft. For me and my friend which took at least 4 hours to flush water heater. He did it in like 10 mins with ease. He's also very friendly and he's fluent in Spanish. I'll be recommend my family and friends to this guy. If they have issues. Thank you so much for your service. read more

We had a pipe leaking under our house and Victor was very responsive and able to come the next day to check out the issue. He found the issue quickly and told us what we needed to do to fix it. He explained the quick fix method or his long term recommendation. There was no pressure from him on his recommendation and still chose to go with it. He was able to start right away and repaired our whole water line in 3 days. We are so satisfied with his work and price. They didn't have a camera so want able to source the issue. With that created a project on yelp and Yellow Bee Plumbing was by the first one to contact me. They might not have the most reviews (yet) but they were prompt, had professional equipment, and fair pricing from what I've compared. Showed up the next day in the morning, performed a snake and camera inspection and we found the problem. An old drain snake tool was buried in sludge on the drain pipe wall and needed more than a drain snake. Proposed the descaling and hydrojet to clear the stuck part and got it scheduled to come out later the same day. They came from across LA County during rush hour so they are awesome! After performing the descaling and hydrojet, it cleared the broken tool and it's been over a week now and not a single clog. Was getting tired of the sewer smell. There is more work to be done just due to the condition and age of the drain pipe which they provided pricing for. Would recommend for future plumbing work.

The first female Arcadia City inspector complemented the quality of Nolasco's work. This is a family business since 2008 with efficient technical work by Aidan, Juan, Francisco & Luigi. The use of a pressure regulator Francisco discovered a low reading that was corrected by replacing the old one...to protect pipes at risk. I would highly recommend Nolasco for other single family homes in need of repair and maintenance. They also applied for the permits required and patiently answered my questions. The old waterheater was removed and discarded too. It is a big relief to have this work done well with strong customer service. I would recommend Nolasco to other Seniors who might struggle with experience in plumbing.

Within an hour of calling, Marvin came to take care of the problem. He was very professional and called me within 25 minutes of arrival time so I could be ready. He worked efficiently, and when the problem was fixed, I felt relieved. Something that I especially appreciated about Marvin was that he was able to explain the pros and cons to a metal part that came with the replacement valves, recommending us an alternative plastic version of the part so that it wouldn't cause electrolysis over time and damage the copper pipes. I felt like he was watching out for us by explaining possible scenarios or deterioration and sharing his specialist knowledge. I thought that the cost was very reasonable, considering that this had been a last-minute call, so I would recommend them to anyone in the Montebello area who is dealing with a plumbing emergency.

Some scheduling conflicts happened and they weren't able to get anyone out to my place as quickly but mark did eventually return, just much later same day. He then indicated he had to go get a part and wouldn't be able to do that until the next morning at least. Next morning he came and spent some more time and was able to maybe fix it so the leak was less but still present. Told me that was the best he could do. My usual plumber was available the following day. He came, fixed it in about 45 mins and for a fraction of the price. In the end my usual plumber said that this guy used a wrong size part and left a screw loose (potentially why it was still leaking). So overall not really happy with this company and the technician they sent out.
