Albert respond my request right away on Saturday afternoon and gave me a quote thru phone with my pictures. He came after within an hour to replace my broken refrigerator water shut off valve and it was very quick. Thanks for the fix! read more

I've had some bad experiences with plumbers in the past, so I was pretty careful this time around. Albert and Alex were great--super responsive on the phone, which made things easy from the start. They replaced my pressure regulator and fixed a leaky shower. Plumbing isn't cheap, but their prices were fair, and they were up-front about the cost over the phone - no surprise extra charges. I'll definitely be calling them again and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Prompt and personable, father and son, Albert and Alex arrived twenty minutes after taking our call to unclog the drain from the house to the street. After attempting to drop a camera from the roof to locate the fourth clean out covered by a paver, failed, they went to the clean out I often used when renting an auger from Home Depot. In a reverse, they used the hydro jet first, backing up the black sludge onto the pavers where Albert hosed it down to the street, while Alex used the auger to open the line. Wrapped it up in an hour and a half at a cost of $450. More than I expected, but showed up when needed, leaving a clean workspace, and two satisfied customers. read more

I've worked with Albert's Plumbing in the past and the quality of work was good, but communication and scheduling have consistently been a challenge. Unfortunately, this time has been even worse. He has missed two scheduled appointments in a row without any notice. After he failed to show up the first time, I had to track him down to reschedule--only for him to no-show again. My calls go straight to voicemail without a response, and texts are left unanswered. I rearranged my entire schedule to be home today. If you value your time as much as he does, this vendor is not the right choice for you. While I can't comment on the quality of service for the current job--replacing a leaking kitchen sink faucet--the overall value is nonexistent if you find yourself waiting without any communication. If reliability and responsiveness are important to you, I recommend looking elsewhere. This business may leave you hanging indefinitely and lacks the support or systems needed to manage their schedule and communication effectively, making them a non-starter. I hope they improve, as the work they have done in the past was good. However, the disruption caused by no-shows, lack of communication, and missed appointments is simply untenable. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. These reviews must be from friends and family. Albert came to assess a leak. He was SO rude and unprofessional. I asked him common questions like what his thoughts are on why the leak could be happening, so we try not to do it next time. He raised his voice responding "how do I know why this happened? I have to open the wall and see. What do you mean 'why did this happen? ' how am I supposed to know??". I said I understand, I'm just asking your thoughts as a professional. He kept trying to talk over me and raise his voice anytime I asked him a question. I then asked my tenants if they had just showered, when Albert interrupted and yelled "Why are you asking them? I told you I see the leak. I need to open your wall to fix it". I was confused on his mannerisms honestly. Right away he wanted $250 up front for his consultation fee, then told me he would invoice me for the rest after he opened the wall. I asked him to please stop yelling at me, then said I'm just trying to figure out what may have caused the leak. He said "I already told you! We don't know until we open the wall!!" I felt SO uncomfortable at this grown man yelling at me, I said I didn't need his services. He told me to pay him the $250 for showing up and yelling at me basically. Then (my tenant who understands Armenian) told me Albert proceeded to tell his son in Armenian what an idiot I was for asking dumb questions like why he thinks the leak is happening. Good riddance! I would NEVER hire this guy. He was SO rude and unprofessional read more

Albert and his sons were very professional and thorough in completing the work for a new sewer line. They ensured proper installation, clean work, and finished earlier than expected. Albert takes pride in his workmanship and goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. I ended up utilizing his services twice after he responded to an urgent backed up sewer call at the end of the day and worked until past 9 pm to clear and address the issue. He is also very reasonable in pricing. I would use his services again without any hesitation. read more

Albert and his son came to inspect my disposal unit. They were very professional and quickly identified the problem and provided me with a very reasonable quote to replace the entire unit. Albert and his son, Alex were prompt, efficient and thorough. I had a section of old steel drain pipe that needed to be removed and replaced with ABS. They had all the right power tools and Alex made quick work of it. They also snaked the line and re-attached everything to get my bathroom sink draining like new! Good communication via text. Nice people too! I highly recommend them! read more

I'm really bad about getting around to reviews, but this one is now necessary. July 4th - in the middle of packing the house for a move and our sink got clogged. We called Albert at 7:30am - he was here before 10am to snake the line and get everything cleared up. On the 4th of July!!! This is at least the third time we called Albert because of an emergency plumbing disaster and he has been here within hours every time. With all the great reviews, it's amazing that he can do that and not put us off for a day. And he's a great guy. If you have a situation that needs immediate attention, stop reading Yelp reviews and call Albert right now. It will be done promptly, correctly with no mess left behind. Thanks Albert! Sorry for taking so long to give you a review. read more

Albert was very fast to reply to a request about a small job and did a great job getting it done. We really appreciate his help.

We noticed that several of our faucets were leaking and it was clear that our regulator was not working. We called Albert and he was quick to diagnose the problem. He installed a new regulator the same day and everything was back to normal. While he was here we noticed a gurgling noise in the pipes of our kitchen. Albert inspected it and saw that a portion of our drain pipe was still galvanized steel and not plastic. We arranged a time when he would return with some help. Albert made the repairs and now everything is working fine. He showed me the blockage in the pipe after it was removed. Amazing how bad it had become. I highly recommend Albert for those looking for a plumber. He was very nice to us and tries to be helpful in difficult situations. We would definitely use him again. read more

Albert has become our go-to plumber over the years. I know he's trustworthy and reliable. He just finished another big project for us, re-piping the waterline from our main house to our ADU. Over the years, he's replaced faucets, redone showers and more. Whenever I have a plumbing issue, I know I can call on him to be very responsive. When the job calls for it, he even enlists his sons as well who are fantastic additions to the team. I couldn't recommend Albert more! read more

Albert helped us with an emergency a couple of months ago, and did an excellent job. They arrived in no time, and fixed a water leak. Albert also recommended us to install a water filter. We're very happy with the work he's done, and the recommendation to get a water filter was super solid. We noticed the difference immediately. We highly recommend Albert and team! read more

We originally called Albert's Plumbing sometimes back in September to unclog a shower drain. We called him the night before and he came out the next morning to unclogged our shower drain. Great service, nice guy, and he cleaned up great after himself. Then I forgot to leave him a review...and months went by. Fast forward till this past weekend. We stepped into our shower Friday night and the water just would not turn hot! We were panicking because we have a full weekend ahead of us and we weren't sure if anyone can come out last min on Saturday. It was already 9:30pm Friday evening when we called Albert. He was able to come out at 7am the next morning to repair our water heater! He repaired our water heater (bad thermal couple), and our weekend was saved. Thank you!! read more

Alberts Plumbing is great! Five stars all the way. I hired a handyman to come put in a water filtration system and he left with it leaking and a mess. Albert was quick to arrive and did great work. Will definitely use Albert's Plumbing again!

Great service! With an emergency plumbing repair needed, I used the Nextdoor App to find recommendations from neighbors for a plumber. Alberts Plumbing kept coming up as a good choice. They were right! In less than an hour, Albert was at our house evaluating the problem. After and hour he had found the cause, fashioned a temporary patch, and provided valuable advice on dealing with the LADWP. We had to wait for the city to come fix their broken component later that night, but first thing the following morning, Albert was back to complete repairs and get everything working again. Pleasent, knowledgable, and fast - Alberts Plumbing gets 5 stars from us! read more

I've just hired Al for the 3rd time and he is great! Quick service, visits on short notice, and always does superior work. This morning I showed my wife that our water heater was leaking and then I called Al to come check it out. He was over in 10 minutes and inspected it. Upon agreeing we should have it replaced, he was off to work. It's now 3:30pm and the job is done. New hot water heater in, site cleaned up, and all for a very reasonable price. Al knows his stuff and works fast. Great attitude and hardworking. We will continue to hire him in the future! read more

Quick, quality service, reasonable price, and most importantly honest. I highly recommend Albert!

10 stars!! Albert's Plumbing was a lifesaver! Friday I realized I had a plumbing issue. Friday night I used Drano which indicated for best results use over night. Saturday morning still clogged. Called another plumbing company who had 2-4pm available. They came at 4pm used 100 foot snake with no luck. They indicated needed to hydro jet but didn't have equipment and would need to come back on Monday. Really - no plumbing for 2 more days. Didn't work for me. I texted Albert at 6:30pm (reminder on a Saturday) and they were at my house just after 8pm. They hydro jetted the clean out and within an hour the issue was resolved. Exceeded my expectations 100 fold. Quick response and reasonable pricing!!! Thank you Albert's Plumbing!!! read more

After a plumbing emergency comes up on Sunday morning, you know that you are in trouble. Weekend. Sunday premium. We all know the drill. So the trouble starts when i start looking on line for help. Did not know that there were so many low cist plumbers in town. That are unavailable on Sunday. So this guy is kind enough to answer. Great. I ask for the phone quote. $85 he replies. Great, i write back. Several minutes pass, i retext'how long?' He replieswith a new estimate, almost double the original. I just would not trust this guy. read more

Quick reply, professional consultant & reasonable price. Strongly recommend to all my neighbors. Thank you Albert!

We are remodeling our condo and initially contacted Albert for a quote to move a toilet sewer line and shower drain. He offered a great price and we have called him back for all the other plumbing jobs that have popped up during the renovations. He has capped gas lines in the kitchen, installed a new shower valve and tbd. He has been super responsive and is very knowledgable and honest. So relieved to have finally found a plumber I feel comfortable to call from now on! read more
