When checking under the house they found another active leak and also identified an issue with our water pressure regulator. Unlike many plumbers I've worked with, they took excellent video of the problems, communicated ever step and action, and made sure we fully understood the problems. To top it off, they were immediately available to come out, investigate, provide a solution, and spent the entire day resolving all three problems so we could have water back the same day. We've had zero issue with those problems since! Forward to today, call #2, totally unrelated issue, and they once again show up first thing in the morning on a Sunday to diagnose and begin addressing the problem. With exceptional service and an honest, hard working team, I hope you consider calling Beeto's for your next plumbing need, I certainly will.

I reached out to several plumbers across Santa Clarita and decided on Beeto's because of his fast response and commitment to handling the repair on the same day. I regret not hiring Beeto for previous plumbing issues in my house because his level of service far surpassed everyone else I've dealt with.

They made a next-day appointment & phoned when they were on their way. A very knowledgeable technician - Josh arrived & after checking the plumbing in the basement, explained where the problem was. I had the option of hydro jetting or pouring a clog-clearing product called "Liquid Lightning" (which I never heard of) down the drain. I found the product at Walmart & used it as directed. So far, so good. I have two water heater replacements as well as other plumbing repairs coming in the near future & I will not hesitate to call Rockstar Plumbing. They came out to inspect our clogged sewer line and took the time to explain what was actually causing the problem. Instead of recommending an expensive sewer line replacement like two other plumbers had, they told us that replacing the sewer lines would be a waste of money. Their advice was simple: switch our toilet paper and stop flushing paper towels. We followed their recommendations, and we haven't had any plumbing issues since. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty and genuinely looks out for its customers instead of trying to sell unnecessary repairs. Because of their professionalism, integrity, and excellent service, Father and Son Plumbing is now the only plumbing company we'll use going forward. I highly recommend them!

What started as a "simple" job quickly turned into a full blown oh-no-this-is-bad situation once our cast iron pipes and sewer line were inspected. From the very beginning, Marc was incredibly transparent, knowledgeable, and calm. He laid out the situation clearly, explained the risks, and gave us the facts, never once pressuring us. That alone earned our trust immediately. Marc and Ean are the kind of professionals you hope to find but rarely do. They're genuinely good people who clearly take pride in their craft. Communication was excellent at every step; calls, texts, in person, you name it. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, went above and beyond what was required, and treated our home with real care and respect. And let's be real for a second: they absolutely saved our ass. Big time. The work they did gave us peace of mind, and their pricing was more than fair, no upselling, no nonsense, no nickel and diming. Just honest, high quality work done right the first time. If you're on the fence or comparing companies, stop. Make it Drain is the real deal. Marc and Ean are true pros, and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our plumbing. In need of brand new pipes from your kitchen yo the backyard without breaking ground in your home,…read moreor CIPP lining from bathroom to backyard sewer line without breaking the bank, call Art, owner of Sewerman, ASAP. What are you waiting for! Art did all this extensive work at the old home I just bought in the San Fernando Valley. Before meeting Art, I had already spoken to two different plumbers and had received their bids. The first plumber, recommended by someone I know, was nice and professional but man was he pushy. He immediately said I needed to replace all the pipes without doing a thorough check. The second plumber did a thorough check but his price was ridiculously expensive. I was becoming discouraged, thinking there are no good plumbers out there, until I met Art. First of all, Art is an easy going, down to earth professional. He walked me through the whole process and showed me my pipes with his pipe camera. He advised that the pipes were corroded but may be saved by CIPP (epoxy lining within the pipe), but we wont know until we descale the pipes. If we descale and see substantial damage, then pipe would need to be replaced entirely, as Art advised. He was able to salvage the bathroom to backyard pipes by CIPP but had to replace the kitchen pipes to the backyard (I saw on camera how the descaled corroded pipe was beyond repair). He saved me a lot of money by not having to break ground inside the home and instead rerouting the pipe entirely through the side of the house and backyard. The job was extensive, requiring 3 days to complete and having to break concrete outside on the side of the house and dig large holes in the backyard (look at my pictures). But they did an excellent job putting brand new high quality pipes that will last a lifetime, redoing the concrete, and even saving my grass and putting back as if no worked had been performed. Despite all this work, his price was excellent. Art also saved me from a major potential problem. Just yesterday the sink to my main bathroom was clogged --and this was the day before I was having my family over to celebrate my dad's birthday and housewarming party. I called Art and he came to the rescue! He had to remove the p-trap to get to the root of the problem and in doing so, he saw the p-trap was old and breaking into pieces (looks like the previous owner had never changed it). What's more, there was a very hard substance in the p-trap which he had to scrape off with a large flat head screwdriver and a large plumber's wrench, which he used as a hammer to get rid of that very hard substance. Art was able to remove it after using elbow grease, and he replaced the p-trap with a brand new one. Almost forgot to mention that Art was able to install my washer and dryer, including buying brand new hoses and valves for the cold and hot water. Knowing that I found a plumber for life makes me sleep much better at night. Art is the best in the trade. I highly recommend him.
