What a great experience. I called in around 9am and they told me a tech was available between 1 and 2:30. They then followed up around 12:20 to let me know the tech is on schedule and should be there on time. JC, the tech arrived promptly around 1:15 and proceeded to check two clean outs for backups, snaked them both, then ran a camera through to verify the job. He even offered to run it through a third clean out I have (access is difficult and the water was flowing so I declined the offer) He then asked if had a coupon because they're running a special if I didn't. Holy cow - amazing service and a very fair price. His number is saved under my phone as JC Great Plumber! Don't hesitate to call these guys! read more

This company is incredible and JC is the greatest plumber I have ever encountered. Other plumbers I have encountered try their hardest to hustle you like a car salesman with their ridiculous prices. JC not only cares about his job, but he has a passion for it. JC explains what he is doing very thoroughly so you understand everything he is doing. He will also show you how bad the pipes, drains, etc really are. Over the weekend my tub was backed up with water for two days, JC used his snake and pulled out a bunch of hair. Then in the kitchen both sides of the sink were clogged and he figured out exactly what was causing it. JC is my forever plumber, and I will never ever call another plumbing company again. read more

Replaced sewer line for the whole house. They dug under the house to replace all the bathroom pipes and ran a new line for kitchen and laundry room. The workers were friendly and hard workers. The price was very reasonable with financing available. read more

Rick and his team are extremely reliable and trustworthy. He's very honest about the problem and resolution. I've used him for about 8 years, on a few projects (small- complex) and I can't say enough great things about him. He's always fair and upfront. Feel confident in calling him for your plumbing needs. read more

You'll never find a more honest, caring, professional plumber then JC and his crew! JC (Juan) came by the same day that I called with a backed up shower. This little problem turned in to a much larger problem entailing digging trenches 6ft deep that end at the street all the way up my driveway into my garage where my laundry hook ups are at. I purchased my home 5 years ago and always wondered why when my washer released water it would flood in to my garage, after a couple other plumbers and $$ wasted, Drain Solutions Plumbing came to the rescue!! They took care of everything from cement, installing bricks back in driveway, re-piping my galvanized pipes which were draining in to the soil and creating mud. You'll never find a more honest, caring, professional plumber then JC and his crew! read more

This past week I used Drain Solutions Plumbing quite a bit. I intended to install two low flow toilets for the rebates. However, one of my toilets had a rough-in (the distance from the wall to the bolt holding the toilet bowl) of 10 inches whereas the new toilets required a rough-in of 12 inches. I called Rick who stated that that it would difficult to find low flow toilets with a rough-in of 10 inches. He had his best worker, Alex, do this repair. Alex also installed an earthquake gas shutoff valve. Then, after receiving the two low flow toilets (American Standard brand), Alex installed them. We also had a problem with our rental house, as my tenant claimed the water was coming out tepid. Alex installed a new water heater and a new regulator. So I gave Drain Solutions Plumbing quite a lot of business this past week. I would recommend this contractor without reservation. Rick and Alex are both very professional, straight shooters and friendly. read more

I had the best experience and highly recommend. Professional, clean, quality work, fast work, reliable, and affordable. JC shows you exactly what needs to be fixed and why. I had to get all my sewer lines replaced. From start to finish he showed me every step of the way. Showed me video of the corroded pipes to showing me the actual pipes. Everyday he showed me what he was doing and explained to me the reason. I'm telling my friends and family about DSP. read more

I was very pleased with the very competent and professional service recently provided us by DSP for a clogged drain pipe that had to be replaced. Both Rick and Juan C could not have been any nicer, more accommodating, or more caring. Because my job was somewhat of an emergency, they rearranged their schedule to work me in. Not only was the job done as promised and for the price as had been discussed they also found some other situations that they corrected while there under the house for no extra charge. So I will definitely use DSP again for any drain problems, and I highly recommend them. DS read more

Two words: THE BEST. My kitchen sink backed up and it was a disaster especially when you have little kids at home. I called Rick and he answered my phone call after one ring. It was so easy to explain what was going on & he knew exactly how everything happened. He came out & fixed the problem in no time and even offered to take a look at the toilets and bathtubs to see if everything was okay. He noticed some clogging and managed to get everything done in a few hours, I was impressed! He thoroughly explained everything & was so friendly that I didn't stress out for one second. I will definitely recommend Rick to anyone who goes through what I did. Thank you Rick for being so awesome and helping me in every way possible! read more

Wow, a great experience! My bathroom sink was clogged and I saw that Drain Solutions had a coupon in a mailer for drain cleaning for $49. Seeing all the positive Yelp reviews, I gave them a call. Juan came out to unclog my sink and not only fixed the problem, but also adjusted my sink stopper to increase the water volume. He even helped me out with a small fix in my shower and wouldn't let me give him a little something extra for his trouble. He truly went above and beyond! I will definitely call Drain Solutions again for my plumbing needs! read more

We would like to give a great big shout out to this crew headed by JC that came out to run a camera and find our problem and find the best way to tackle our very problematic plumbing issues. My main sewage line was old/broken and needed to be replaced. Rick and Jaun were very professional, responsive and always left me with the ability to use at least one bathroom. I work from home so I watched their entire process. They were some hard workers... they dug multiple holes exteriorly and shot a fiberglass liner to restore my main line to avoid jackhammering my entire house floor up. They did have to dig one hole in my house and seal all rooms off with plastic barricades and placed the dirt outside. I must say they were very clean in process with the amount of Dirt they moved. I would definitely recommend Drain Solutions... They did everything they set out to do. Rick, Juan and crew did great job...I'm very happy with the results. read more

My bathtub was clogged up and even though it was no emergency, they came the very next morning. I was very happy about how fast they were able to schedule. J.C. showed up and couldn't be more helpful. Mask on and distance kept, he got right to the job. He didn't laugh at any of my stupid questions and had the most helpful and informed answers. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Rick and his assistant did such a great job. It was easy to communicate our needs and he had all the best tools to diagnose our problem. He was extremely affordable compared to other quotes we got. We had a tough situation being new Homeowners and he gave us all our options and really went above and beyond to help us. He explained everything to us and I highly reccomend his services. read more

Ran into JC at Home Depot in Palmdale he was on his way home and I was stressing my wife told me we had a backup! I described the issue and JC told me we had a mainline blocked. JC came over even though it was late in the day around dinner time and he went through the clean out and used his camera in the line and we saw the underlying issue. He made us feel good and they are honest and not shady like all other plumbers out there! Hire them they will take care of you and we will be using them to get the roots out also! read more

Drain Solutions came to our apartment building and unfortunately they did a poor job. They told me they had hydrojetted the sewer but were unable to clear the pipe all the way to the street. Having had hydrojetting performed on earlier occasions I noticed that they did not have the equipment to do the job. They indicated that we would need to replace the sewer due to breaks in the pipe. I just had my sewer hydrojetted again by another company and I observed and was informed that the sewer did not need replacement. I am disappointed in Drain Solutions and will not be using them again. read more

After seeing all the great reviews, I called Rick over at Drain Solutions Plumbing because my bathtub was clogged. I made the appointment on Saturday and he came right away on Monday. I would recommend Rick and Drain Solutions for all future plumbing services. read more

I am a repeat customer of DSP and couldn't be happier. In the past I have had a new toilet installed perfectly. This time I also needed a sink and toilet installed in another bathroom and I had a clogged shower drain too. I called to set up the appointment and they were here early the next morning as promised. JC was amazing, so professional and friendly. I explained where everything was, and he got right to work. The sink and toilet were installed first and then the clogged drain was next. J C did a complete inspection of the situation and realized it was more than just a clog. He showed me what my problem was with a camera feed inside the pipes. I had cracked and broken sewer lines all the way to the street. JC explained that my best option was the pipes needed to be replaced. I agreed and they started working on this immediately. JC always made sure I had one working bathroom while this work was being completed. Mike and JC and all their workers are always professional and courteous. All of this work was completed perfectly in a short amount of time. I will definitely continue to call on DSP with any of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to everyone ...you will be as pleased as me. read more

Great service. Juan Carlos was very professional and pleasant. pricing was very fair.

I had a problem with a stuffed up toilet. The problem had lasted for about a month. I had used liquid bleach which temporarily ameliorated the problem. However, now the bleach would not work. I called Rick and he gave me the quote for basic service and the quote if more needed to be done. I asked about his availability the same day and he stated he could do the job later in the day and would call me back at the appointed time to get my address. He did call me back at that stated time and he came at the appointed hour. He used the snake to remove the clogged toilet. It must have taken about 5 minutes. He also recommended getting a new toilet in the near future due to the slow vortex. He would install the new toilet and remove the old one. His charge for the service was very fair. He worked quickly and effectively. His manner was professional. For this type of job, I can recommend Rick and his business without reservation. read more

We had been experiencing some major drain problems throughout our home. We called Drain Solutions Plumbing and they came immediately and diagnosed the problem. Once they got us draining, we came to find out we had some major roots intruding the outside clay pipe. They gave us options to repair or replace the problem. My husband got other quotes from a couple companies afterwards and we had them come back to do the work. We choose Drain Solutions Plumbing Company because they are very professional, diligent and reasonable priced. Also they did other small work like installing wax rings and making sure they work properly on our toilets at no additional cost! Who else does that, I was so amazed! Highly recommended, they're great! read more
