For a simple clog, this company will tell you that they need to open your wall to either repair or replace a pipe...which is a lie because a rooter company came out and cleared it with no problem. My water heater failed a few weeks ago and I didn't know who to call. I found the number for Professional Plumbing Solutions on Google and when I called, a real person answered.....no recording.....no voice mail. They sent Boaz out to take a look at my water heater and he was able to determine what I needed right away. He came back with the correct parts a half hour later and completed the job right away. The repair fee was extremely fair. Boaz was very kind and helpful and explained exactly the nature of the repair, the costs for labor and for parts. He even showed me the receipt for the parts. Here's the thing about this company. It is basically a father and son operation. The father, Boaz, is amazing - quick and knowledgable. The son, Guy, has no clue what he is doing. Boaz is getting older and Guy pretty much does all the jobs now. We used to use their company. After several disasters with Guy, we no longer use them. He has not only made problems worse, but caused damage in our home, which we had to pay someone else to fix. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.
