I needed a water heater fast Boaz & Guy came out and installed it right away. These are the same people who installed my water heater 10 years ago. They are great. They treat you like family. They do a great job and they really know what they're doing. I have used them several times on multiple properties and they have always done a great job! Thanks! read more

Very professional, affordable price, worked fast & our plumbing problem was solved. We have been requesting their services for many years.

Called this plumber based off of someone's recommendation and was so happy to see there are still professionals that are honest and don't take advantage of customers in vulnerable situations. He was able to help us right away and we are very thankful. We will be using his services in the near future and can't recommend him enough. Thanks again! read more

I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone to get ripped off. For a simple clog, this company will tell you that they need to open your wall to either repair or replace a pipe...which is a lie because a rooter company came out and cleared it with no problem. I confronted them the last time they tried this crap on me. I will never use them again read more

Great service. Called around a bunch of places and they were the first to show up (within the hour actually). He gave me a reasonable price as well. Let's be honest, not everything will be resolved right away but it's the professionals that honor their work that are worth mentioning. I texted him the fix wasn't working again and he was back in less than 30 to find another solution that worked at no extra cost. read more

These guys are awesome. Very professional. They even came a day early. On time. Great communicators. I would definitely hire them again!

They were able to come over the same day I called. Everyone else told me I had to wait till the next day. They came over, we're very professional and then called the next day to see if everything was okay. They are my new guys. Family own company that cares about their customer. The father actually tried to help me fix the problem over the phone so he wouldn't waste my money but the problem couldn't be fixed over the phone. But the fact that he even did that speaks volumes. read more

I have used Professional Plumbing for several years and have complete faith in them. They respond very quickly, and have never let me down. They are extremely knowledgable, honest and have very fair pricing. As a realtor, I have recommended them numerous times and my clients are always happy with them. I also like that they service the Valley and the Westside. While other plumbers try to con people and charge high prices, Guy & Boaz make every effort to find the correct plumbing solutions and they always treat people with respect & honesty. This is a company that cares about their clients and gives 100%. I only wish I could give more stars. read more

I have never been so mistreated by a vendor like this business. They are rude when you call them for an appointment. They are not truthful. They pad their calls by saying that two plumbers need to come out at the same time. Avoid using them. They will rip you off. read more

Boaz was excellent, we are very happy with the work he's done for our home, his timely responses and his general knowledge. Would very much recommend. read more

Here's the thing about this company. It is basically a father and son operation. The father, Boaz, is amazing - quick and knowledgable. The son, Guy, has no clue what he is doing. Boaz is getting older and Guy pretty much does all the jobs now. We used to use their company. After several disasters with Guy, we no longer use them. He has not only made problems worse, but caused damage in our home, which we had to pay someone else to fix. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. It's a shame, because Boaz is so talented. read more

My water heater failed a few weeks ago and I didn't know who to call. I found the number for Professional Plumbing Solutions on Google and when I called, a real person answered.....no recording.....no voice mail. They sent Boaz out to take a look at my water heater and he was able to determine what I needed right away. He came back with the correct parts a half hour later and completed the job right away. The repair fee was extremely fair. Boaz was very kind and helpful and explained exactly the nature of the repair, the costs for labor and for parts. He even showed me the receipt for the parts. It looks like I found my new favorite plumbing company! These guys were quick, kind, helpful and fair. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber that they can trust. read more

I have owned several houses in different parts of Los Angeles and I have worked with a lot of artisans and professionals and by far Boaz is the MOST talented, trustworthy, honest plumber I have ever met. He has fixed issues that others said would cost me hundreds, sometimes thousands for much, much, much less. He is truly an excellent plumber and a great human being. I have kids so the latter means a lot to me. His company is timely, professional and simply the best. read more

Boaz and Guy have been our plumbers for about 6 years. We found them to be very professional, on time, honest and knowledgeable with their line of work. They have been able to quickly identify the problems and fix them in a timely manner. We always call Boaz and his son Guy for any plumbing problems we encounter in our home because we know that they will definitely do a great job. They have fixed our washer machine, repaired plumbing issues and upgraded old pipes when we moved to our house as well as recently upgraded our water heater the same day we contacted them and did a wonderful job. Boaz and his son take pride in their family business and we are very pleased with their services. We highly recommend their services. read more

I was at a friends home while work was being done by this company and I also know of someone who received a inflated estimate telling the person they needed to replace equipment. The equipment in question was repaired at a minimal charge by another plumber. I would not use this company for my home under any circumstances. read more
