Whitaker Plumbing is exceptional in every sense, and I could not be more pleased with the service they provided installing my Toto LS bidet toilet in my high-rise condo. From the outset, everything felt effortless and professional. Shane and Dylan were outstanding -- polished, knowledgeable, and quietly confident in their work. They arrived punctually, treated the home with great respect, and carried themselves with a level of professionalism that immediately inspires trust. They even offered to wear booties without hesitation, which I deeply appreciated in a condo setting. This was not a simple installation, given the high-end nature of the Toto fixture and the complexities of a high-rise environment, yet they handled everything with complete ease. The work was performed with precision and care, and the result is flawless. Everything functions perfectly, and the bathroom was left immaculate, as though they had never been there. What stood out most was the calm efficiency and refinement of the entire experience. There was no disruption, no mess, and no uncertainty -- just seamless execution and true craftsmanship from beginning to end. Whitaker Plumbing exemplifies what true professional service should feel like. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them with complete confidence for any plumbing needs, especially where quality and attention to detail truly matter. read more

Brian, the owner, and his crew are honest and knowledgeable. It's a breath of fresh air to find this plumbing company. We've tried the well known plumbing companies in the area and the experience was disappointing. We've used Whitaker plumbing a couple of times and I cannot recommend them enough. read more

They're our new HOA plumber. Very responsive as they were to squeeze me the next day after my call. Both Shane and Dylan were easy to communicate with. They were able to fix the shower leak without cutting a hole. read more

We needed a new water heater - we could see corrosion at the top and wanted to take care of it before something happened. We asked our neighbors if they had any recommendations and one neighbor said they were happy with Whitaker. I always do my due diligence and get multiple quotes which I did this time I received many responses and while the one from Whitaker was not the least expensive, they asked questions to get more information which I didn't realize was necessary to get an accurate quote. Some quotes came back installed no code upgrades, or language like direct swap only. I hate getting into a situation where all of a sudden you are required to shell out more than you expected . I needed an all in no surprises pricing We felt the most confident letting Whitaker do the project- they gave us the most assurance they wanted to do a proper job. Communication was easy, they were very courteous on the install and took great care, explaining everything I also like they are not a huge corporation and would contact them for future projects read more

These guys are listed as certified installers for Toto smart toilets. I asked for a quote that required a feed line relocation and the quoted almost $1500. Half the cost of the toilet. Based on other reviews and my experience they're ripping people off. read more

When your toilet is not functioning correctly, you can imagine why a speedy response is needed. Brian responded that day, and Shane and Dylan installed a new toilet the next. The communication, professionalism, service and price were stellar. Whitaker Plumbing is now our go to with confidence that everything will be done right, read more

This review is a few months overdue, but Iwanted to express what a terrific job Brian and his team did. They were very thoughtful, appropriately priced, and patient with a toilet installation and removal. I'm pretty detail orientated and they were equally cautious about every component, which was a real relief. Terrific work and will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs. read more

Whitaker Plumbers will be our home plumbers for life!!! They were able to solve our problem at a better price than those thieves in the Rooter Business. Shane and Dylan were both very professional and worked well together to fix our plumbing issue in no time. They were respectful of our home and careful to put everything back in its place when they were done. They clearly communicated the problem, how they solved it, and charged an appropriate amount for the job. We will be utilizing their services for any and all home plumbing needs going forward and recommend anyone reading this does the same. You'll be glad you did! read more

I have a Toto Neorest and needed service and filters cleaning for the washlet, this company sent me a Plummer who at first had no idea what he was there for and flushed the toilet a million times, when I asked him why he kept on flushing the toilet he said there is nothing wrong with it, I told him clearly I requested service for the washlet that was giving water but without pressure, he had no idea even where the filters go and how many there are, and asked me to show him where the filters were, long story short, the guy admitted that he had no knowledge of this toilet, he was trained on the newer model, nevertheless, he left messed up my toilet while trying to figure it out, and now the washlets does not spray water at all. He even left the water shut to the toilet and I had to figure out what went wrong. Beware, extremely unprofessional and they send you people that have no clue about anything. Extremely unprofessional, I will be sure to make Toto aware of this issue so they never get referred to repair Toto Toilet. read more

I had to call for a plumber when trying to change the cartridge if my shower valve. The old cartridge broke when trying to remove it and I thought I would be to replace the entire valve. Their quote over the phone to replace everything was very good and they were on site the next morning! Upon inspection, they were able to replace the broken cartridge and fix everything for almost half of what I was expecting to pay! They are prompt, polite and honest. It is great to find a trustworthy company to do business with! Whitaker is now my "go to" plumber. Thanks! read more

Whitaker Plumbing is a quality company! Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable!

Honest, reliable, professional and fair. Everything you would want and need in a plumber. Brian, the owner was responsive. He, along with his team Shane and Steve provided excellent service! They reset two toilets that needed new wax rings, fixed a showerhead and trim kit as well as installed a washing machine pan upstairs. They were quick, friendly and on time. Their pricing was also reasonable. Added bonus was that they took the time to explain the work they did, answered random questions and offered helpful tips. After researching on both Yelp and Nextdoor, I agree with all the raving reviews! They did not disappoint! I am thankful we've found our go-to plumbers!!!! read more

Brian and his team are amazing. Such a great experience. They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They immediately diagnosed and fixed a poorly draining sink that 2 other plumbers before could not address. They are also recommended by TOTO as authorized installers, and their work is flawless. They fixed a leak quickly and easily, and they are reliable and on-time. It's a family business and it shows. The care they put, the follow-up, the attention to detail, and reliability, is unlike what you'll get anywhere else. They're also super clean, wore shoe covers, had a mat laid out on the area they were working in, and left everything in a clean condition when they were done. Very highly recommend. read more

We had waste stoppage: we could not drain water for 2 days. First plumber we called said the fix would require ripping up a portion of a brick patio and cutting into the house. We were suspicious and said we'd call for a second opinion. Plumber blew up. Screamed at us. We were shaken, never having seen this before. Then called Whitaker. They juggled their schedule because it was so urgent and got here in about half an hour on a Labor Day Sunday morning. Fixed the problem, -- it was not an easy job but he fixed the problem in less than half an hour, costing us very reasonable amount -- much less than the first firm. Totally satisfied with every aspect of out contact with Whitaker. 6 stars and more if that's possible. read more

Brian Whitaker is the owner of the company. I spoke with him personally. His team is amazing. I had to replace my shower valves and shower head. Due to the hard water damage his team had a difficult time replacing them. I witnessed their efforts. It was a very challenging job. They were honest and explained the challenges of this particular repair. Shayne was the tech and I instantly trusted his advice. Long story short I was not over charged. I'm a contractor myself and I know when I'm being taken advantage of. If you want quality and expertise Whitaker plumbing should be your choice. If you want a company that is honest and fair call them. I also want to add that they had professional attire and vehicles. This something that demonstrates the quality of work. They cleaned up after the work. read more

Whitaker Plumbing in Santa Clarita is one of the most efficient and reliable businesses we've ever hired. We needed to replace the water valves in our washroom before installing a new washer and dryer. I called Brian (661-644-3331) and he offered next-day service which we appreciated. Later he called and offered to come the same day: awesome!! The job included cutting a hole in the wall but it was done so neatly and professionally we were very pleased. Brian and Shane are an efficient team that know their stuff and work quickly and cleanly. Plumbing services were offered to me at an all-in and fair price from the beginning With no surprises. I recently hired Brian to upgrade the supply stop valves throughout my condo to the more reliable quarter-turn style, and it was all done in under an hour. At the end of the job, Brian did a walkthrough with me and provided some further recommendations due to the age of unit. Will be calling Whitaker again for my future plumbing needs. read more

I had a leak in the front yard and contacted a local plumbing company only about a block away from my home. They did send out an employee the next day to give me an estimate. It seemed overpriced and I declined. Then I read on Next-door a lot of good experiences my neighbors had with Whitaker Plumbing. I telephoned them, received a prompt response and sent photos of the leak in my yard. The estimate was $200 lower than the other company! Already the next day Brian came and fixed the leak. I love this a family owned company that provides honest, prompt and great service! I highly recommend Whitaker Plumbing and will use them in the future! read more

Years later, Brian is still the guy I call when things go wrong. He has replaced two water heaters, installed a garbage disposal, put in a couple of faucets, and fixed leaky pipes. (And I am going to call him to install our sub-meter at some point too.) Consistently competent, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and competitively priced. He doesn't recommend unnecessary work and goes out of his way to help solve problems before coming out if he can. He and his people work quickly and cleanly. I've hired countless repairmen and contractors and Whitaker is one of the few reliable, fair ones. Still highly recommend. read more

Would hire again to do work on our house in a heartbeat! Great price, and they were extremely professional and conscientious. They replaced our shower cartridge, and ended up replacing our shower trim as well because of the excess calcium build up. They left the area cleaner than it was before. Best plumbers out of all the ones we've tried before- it's hard to find people who actually care about the job they do. They didn't try to upsell us on anything that wasn't needed, and were very meticulous and clean, even bringing their own shoe covers. I recommend them 110%! read more
