They made a next-day appointment & phoned when they were on their way. A very knowledgeable technician - Josh arrived & after checking the plumbing in the basement, explained where the problem was. I had the option of hydro jetting or pouring a clog-clearing product called "Liquid Lightning" (which I never heard of) down the drain. I found the product at Walmart & used it as directed. So far, so good. I have two water heater replacements as well as other plumbing repairs coming in the near future & I will not hesitate to call Rockstar Plumbing. Unlike many businesses today, they are honest, knowledgeable, and (as advertised) don't charge for estimates.

The crew was professional, polite, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Prior to contacting Turbo Plumbing & Rooter, 3 other companies had given me price quotes to get the work done. I chose Turbo Plumbing & Rooter to do the work because their price quote was a little lower than the next closest price, but more importantly, the primary reason was the quality of the discussions we had regarding all the available options for attempting to repair, or just replacing the water heater. Also, the boss coming to an agreement with me on a little negotiation for something I wanted included in the contract was the clincher. We have a deal! The next day 2 workers arrived at the agreed upon time, removed the non-functional water heater from my garage, installed the new one in the same place, and hauled away all the remains. I have waited almost two weeks after the work was completed before writing this review, in order to ensure no problems would pop up, and none did. Now I can say whole heartedly, with the only exception being 2 sheet metal screws I found on the garage floor, that the job was completed in a professional, workmanlike, and timely manner. I am very happy that Turbo Plumbing & Rooter did the work and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be in need of their services. l want to give a shout-out and a big thank you to Christopher T., Emanuel P., Manny, and Adan at Turbo Plumbing & Rooter.

My water heater had been giving me trouble over the last couple of months, shutting off sporadically. While I was usually able to reset it myself, it finally gave out completely. There was no gas coming through the line, and it just wouldn't ignite. I called Shellback, and within two hours, Moises arrived at my place. He was incredibly responsive, immediately diagnosed the issues, and gave me a clear breakdown of the work needed and the estimated timeline. The fix required replacing both the thermal pilot assembly and the gas control valve. Since the parts were covered under the manufacturer's warranty, he had to source them from an authorized dealer. To make sure we weren't left completely out in the cold, Moises got the gas ignitor working temporarily on day one. By 9:00am the very next morning, he had already picked up the warrantied parts and finished the permanent replacement! As a great bonus, he also flushed the water heater for routine maintenance before wrapping up. I was blown away by the turnaround time. From my initial call to a fully repaired, flushed system in under 24 hours. Exceptional service from Moises and the team. Highly recommended!
