My water heater went out on Friday at 2 PM, Javet responded to my request and went and picked up a new water heater for me before 5PM the same day. He was out at 8AM on Saturday morning changing it out. He is a very happy go lucky person, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have lived in my house for 2 years didn't know how old the toilet was and it was a push button on the tank lid flush. It's always been a horrible toilet requiring multiple flushes and extra water to make it flush adequate enough to pass waste. He came out looked at it, put the auger down, and came to the conclusion that it seemed like the toilet just needed to be replaced. Called 8/3, he came out 8/4, and I had a new toilet 8/5. Snaked the drain for good measure. And now I have a very nice and correctly functioning toilet, only having one bathroom I wanted it fixed before it became a major issue.
