I received a text from Mandy/Evan letting me know every steps that they will be taking and doing to install a New Water Heater. Evan was timely and professionally when installing my New Water Heater. We recently used Laurel plumbing and the owner Jesse came over at the time I was told, which was wonderful since I didn't have alot of waiting time for my service to be completed. Jesse was very professional and realized what needed to be done with my lack of knowledge explanation. Jesse fixed a blockage in our mainline and we had a slow draining shower. When everything was completed I was shown and explained everything that was done and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was cleaned up after completion.
