Joel and his crew came out and replaced all the water pipes under our house; as well as all the pipes entering both bathrooms. They did this in just two long days. We thought the price tag---$8,000, was a bit high, but it did come with a two year guarantee. We noticed that the hot water in the back bathroom sink took several minutes to arrive. We sent Joel a text, and he got someone out right away. When I received a bill for the repair, I protested that the hot water issue had existed since the pipe replacement. Used them a few weeks ago. The job that was done was fine but would appreciate if techs were a little more contentious of the mess they are leaving behind. No bucket just let the water fall to the area under the sink and didn't clean it up. Floor was wet and left dirty. I understand that these jobs require a bit of a mess but we shouldn't have to clean up after techs to this extent.. Please have them ask for a bucket or a bowl or they don't carry something to catch water. I also feel like pricing is a bit elevated but I don't use plumbers often. read more

Called Pop's Plumbing for an estimate on hooking up a carbon filter to my water system, it was a small job 1 hour labor and maybe $30.00 in material. They gave me an estimate of $540.00 for a job that would take 1 hour. I knew they were overcharging me so I got a second estimate from Matt's plumbing for $240.00, $300.00 less than Pops Plumbing. So Pops Plumbing is a no go for me would not recommend them. I also ask them if I paid in cash if they could give me a better price but they were only willing to knock the price down $40.00 not a good business move if your trying to build a business and give a customer a fair price, $540.00 for a job with 1 hour of labor is grossly over charging the customer. Will not use them or ever recommend them. Call Matt's Plumbing if you're looking for a fair price. read more

Upon putting a post for a plumber who installs tankless water heaters, with out asking any diagnostic question, informs me it will be $375 and that all I need is a descaling, it will take 4 hours. The machine is 28 years old, and is possibly needing replacement. And after entertaining 2 other plumbers I paid each $79 for a diagnostic. Both recommended replacement of water heater, they showed me the diagnostic report showing the health of my equipment. As a consumer and a person who avidly reviews businesses and I find this to be a company to possibly avoid. read more
