I know Mario for a long time, he is the only plumber I trust and work on my house. Today one of the faucet handles got stuck and couldn't turn anymore. The faucets was installed when we bought the house originally, was not properly installed. There was too much glue inside the base, expanded the threads so made the cold water handle hard to turn. Mario's guy Julian was great, he did the job without the mess, accurate and precisely. Some parts were missing but Julian did the job retaining the existing components so I didn't have to go buy the missing parts. Fast response. Plumber tried to snake the drain (kitchen) until it couldn't go further this was Saturday. Monday another plumber came with sensor and camera to pinpoint the clog and give me an estimate. At noon a plumber came hot down in very small crawl space dug down to find the pipe and replaced the connector of the 2" kitchen drain to the 4" pipe that goes to the sewer line. Not a cheap repair but I felt it price was fair. No high pressure sales tactics which I appreciate. read more

I contacted this company after looking on Yelp to assist with a clogged drain. Initially they were friendly, eager to assist and available during the time I needed them. I was concerned about so few reviews but overall got a sense that they knew what they were doing. The plumbers came and were friendly, snaked the drain and was on their way. I paid via zelle which was convenient. Fast forward to July 12, I get an email from the until below me that they had to open the ceiling because there is water leaking from a disconnected drain line. I immediately contacted Vianka who refused to accept any accountability and has the audacity to offer to fix it. She said There was no way possible it has anything to do with them even though they were the only ones who tampered with the drain. I got another plumber to look at it and didn't tell him I had it worked on recently, however he asked after the Repair even knew it was due to a clog with out me telling him. Now I'm responsible for plumbing, dry wall etc. Due to the bad business of Atomic Rooter. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Needed to have some leaking pipes checked in a shared complex. The HOA stated it was a cost directly associated with my unit; however, I needed to get a second opinion. Mario. He is a great guy I never met someone with this kind of excellent service before. One of his employees made a mistake while replacing one of our master bathroom sink faucets. He made stains and scratches. I complained and he offered to replace our countertop. However, he couldn't find our exact countertop because our home was built in 1989. To solve my issue, he sent someone to regraze the entire countertop and replaced new faucets as well for free. I appreciate his service and effort. He is the best plumber ever! read more
