We requested a toilet replacement which ended up resulting in a lot more work than initially thought. Issues with the piping required Drain Right to remove roots from the piping and fortify the pipes after removing the roots. Ultimately, the estimate to do the work was $14K! We quickly accepted the estimate and went ahead with the fix, but regret not looking for other estimates beforehand. After doing more research, I see that the work may have been cheaper if we hired other plumbing companies. I'll take the time to get second and third opinions next time! That said, the Drain Right workers that fixed our issues were friendly, hard-working, respectful, and professional. I'm not an expert in plumbing but got the impression that they are reliable at fixing things. If money was not an issue, I'd consider them once again if we had more plumbing issues down the road. Two of the workers that I got to know were Joseph and Enrique. These guys are great! I interacted with Joseph a lot more given that he was the lead contact/worker for our plumbing issues. Joseph has a ton of potential that I can see him maximizing in the future due to the work ethic and people skills that I saw. He went above and beyond to help us out, and for that, I say thanks! Drain Right is lucky to have him! Although I didn't interact with Enrique as much, he's an expert at what he does and more importantly a great person from what I saw. Thanks Enrique! Their crew came out to inspect our home and performed a very thorough evaluation. The technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. For the project, we had our entire plumbing system replaced with copper, and the work was completed as expected. Our one issue was that the contracted plumber damaged our cabinet door. I had a clog in my rental unit and needed someone to stop by ASAP. I called a bunch of places--some didn't answer, some had no same-day availability, and the ones that did charged outrageous inspection fees and needed at least 5 hours to arrive. Thank God I found Drain Right. The lady on the phone was very friendly, immediately confirmed that someone could be there in an hour, and let me know there was no inspection fee. Exactly an hour later--not a minute late--Angel S. Jr arrived. Angel was a literal angel and such a pleasure to talk to. He knew what he was doing, provided estimates right away before starting, and they were very reasonable. I asked him to get started, we discussed potential issues, and he fixed the clog while also recommending next steps to prevent future problems. He didn't push any unnecessary services but definitely gained a lifelong customer in me. My rental guest was happy the issue was resolved, and I was happy I wasn't scammed as a woman who doesn't really know plumbing and still got excellent service. I originally reached out for help installing a new faucet. Of course they couldn't give me a price so they offered a free estimate. I scheduled about a week and a half ahead and was offered a 4-6pm arrival window. On the day of the appointment I received a call at 4:13pm confirming the appointment. They said the plumber was working nearby. I received a text at 5:43pm saying the plumber was on their way. The plumber arrived at 6:53pm! I let him know he arrived at an inconvenient time as my family was having dinner. The plumber asked if he should reach out to dispatch to reschedule. Tony Huichan was super nice and professional. He did an amazing job! We were waiting awhile for a plumber to be sent to our home. The plumber came just in time, but finished everything so quickly. First, when he arrived he was very courteous. Tony went over all the little details and inclusions before even mentioning price. He made sure to use all the right equipment but also brought in the tarp and even a shoe cover so that your floors would not be messy. After all the signatures, the work started immediately. Once the work was completed, he brought us over to the kitchen to go over on how the garbage disposal will be working. Tony made sure to go over all the details needed in case there was a jam in the future. Came out for a diverter valve issue, removed my On/Off handle during troubleshooting, said I needed to order a diverter part (ok, fine), left without reinstalling the On/Off handle (what?). I called to ask why the technician left without reinstalling my On/Off handle (sort of important) and was confidently told by the admin who had never seen my unit that my On/Off valve was the issue (um, no, the On/Off has worked for months). After going back-and-forth on whether the On/Off functionality was separate from the diverter functionality, I sent her a photo (attached) showing it was a separate handle (why am I having to do this with the admin answering the phone?) and asked her to please send the tech back out to reinstall the On/Off handle. He reluctantly came back out and again stated I need it new part (yeah, that's fine). After a few weeks I called back to ask if the part came in and was told they never ordered it. Called at 8:15 in the morning for a blocked kitchen drain. Talked to their AI afterhour service, which was a little creepy but got a 10-12 appointment. Got a call that the technician would be there at 11:45am. Never came. Called back and talked to a real person. First off the technician went to the wrong address even though I had the AI asst. read back the address which was correct. The person I talked to said they called twice to get the address, we did receive 2 phone calls but when we answered no one was there. So we set up another 2-4 pm schedule, 4 oclock has come zero phone calls. I called another service. Guess they have so many customer they can afford to blow some off. read more

I had a broken sewer pipe under the house. I contacted Drain Right and they were able to make an appointment for the next day. Abraham Gomez was the technician who arrived however he was not able to crawl under the house as the crawl space was flooded. He called the field supervisor, Gonzalo Perez, who arrived at the site within an hour. Gonzalo assessed the situation and assured me that a crew will arrive the next morning and fix the problem. I met Luis the next day who got right to it. By the time I arrived at the house the water was already drained and Luis was able to determine the problem. Luis worked with the occupants to ensure that they can still use the plumbing during his work and over the weekend. By Monday morning I had all galvanized sewer pipes replaced with new ABS pipes. They tested for leaks and even installed a cleanout at the front of the house. Plumbing is working flawlessly again. Gonzalo arrange for 18-month interest-free payment thru Synchrony bank, which took no more than 15 min. I am very thankful to this company and will definitely use them again. So I found Drain Right Services on Yelp. Our kitchen sink was backed up. They called and said they would come between 2pm-5pm unfortunately they didn't come until 6:30-7 o'clock which they called and let me know they were behind on schedule. I was kinda upset about it but it is what it is. When Alfonzo came he was super nice very professional. My daughter(3yrs old) was very fascinated what Alfonzo was doing and he was super nice with her and answered question and made little conversation with her. But all in all my sink is working and he made sure his work was 100% correct and made sure there no was leaks and the sink wouldn't get backed up again. Price wasn't bad at all. Paid $125.
