Initially had a difficult time communicating with them since they have a virtual assistant that was confirming appointments that did not exist in their system. I recommend calling, much faster and they can get an appointment scheduled quickly. I highly recommend using Drain Right. Anthony was extremely helpful and even stayed later than expected to ensure my faucet was installed. ***WOMEN BEWARE*** I had a broken shower pipe. I called Drain Right. I was told they needed to break through my shower wall to reach the pipe. I wasn't in agreement. The alternative was to break through the backside or go through the hallway cabinet, which would need further repair. The estimate exceeded $1500.00. I called for a second opinion. Our sink in our apartment building was clogged up. I went to another plumber and they were trying to charge us $600 to unclog the sink.
