Ray, Joe, and their team were top notch! We had a fairly large and challenging plumbing job, and they handled it extremely well. They were professional, hardworking, easy to talk to, and always took the time to answer my questions. The quality of their work and attention to detail were excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Ray's Plumbing to anyone with large or small plumbing needs. Mahalo Ray, Joe, and the entire team! read more

Ray's quick response on an estimate and the expertise and ability to get the work done the next day on a non-standard plumbing problem made Ray's Plumbing our new go to. He has an experienced crew and he's licensed, which many of the plumbers in the Lake Arrowhead area aren't. His end price was what we expected for a professional plumbing service. We will definitely recommend him to all our friends! read more

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. Quick, knowledgeable and no wishy washy stuff. Straight up, quick and I really appreciated their help. My shower was seemingly possessed by a demon and they fixed it in less than an hour! Worth every penny and will be my new go to plumber! Thank you so much! read more

Joseph and Paul are the man, much appreciated work and customer care to get the job done

I called Ray last week. He was driving up the hill. He was supposed to call me back. Didn't. My husband called the next day and Ray told him to text him our address etc. it's been about a week. I know he read our message because it said "read". Haven't heard a thing bi don't get it read more

Joseph and Paul came by to diagnose our clog. They were very thorough, efficient, and highly professional. What I appreciated most is that they ran through several diagnostic procedures to determine the most probable cause. Because they took the time to do this, the fee for their services was much less than expected. Specifically, a clogged line has a minimum charge of $450. They determined it was only a clogged toilet, and so only charged me $250! That really made my day. Both Joseph and Paul were very friendly and were very communicative with me. I was never left wondering what they were doing, and this gave me confidence in their skill and honesty. They treated me as they would have wanted to be treated. I felt very valued and respected as a customer. Raymond and Anny Genato read more

Ray's plumbing is the best! I seriously appreciate Joseph for being honest, reasonable, and efficient. They even cleaned up afterwards. I've had a terrible time with plumbers... The last one I tried quoted nearly 6x as much as Ray did, which would've eaten up all our Christmas budget for a simple repair. Ray did the work fast and well without breaking the bank! These guys are now my go-to service, and I'll be recommending them to everyone!! read more

I highly recommend their plumbing services I had my home re-piped . Joe and Paul did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and extremely professional. read more

Very personable, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and well priced. Ray brought his team out to fix an invasive root problem, snaked the area and found another area of major concern. Was able to repipe both areas on the same day, including cutting through concrete on an inclined driveway and a repour after the piping was done. Priced well, and the team was great! Would highly recommend. read more

How blessed are we in the Crestline community to have Ray, Joe, JD and their incredible staff of folks at Ray's Plumbing? These gents' have done work for my disabled wife and I now for the past two years. They saved us hundreds of $'s plus my friends of the mountains. We have an elderly, retired and disabled, single, military vet living across from our place. The rusted galvanized pipes above her hot water heater had burst! Water shooting EVERYWHERE folks! This poor lady came over, in her walker! And, was frantic! She asked me to come over to her place. I could hear the water shooting out on to her back porch as we approached. I called Ray. Yes, the OWNER. And, he answered, as he ALWAYS does! I told him her situation. I myself was a plumbers apprentice decades ago. So, I knew by just looking at it that. It WASN'T good. And most likely, would be expensive. This was old galvanized plumbing. I simply asked if Ray could give this dear old gal a free quote? Not expecting or promising anything to her of course. God bless Ray,... He tells me, "I will give her a free estimate, and have one of my guys there in 30 minutes" The man made her a priority due to her desperate situation. And, he was on a another job! And thirty minutes later? We actually timed it! JD rolls up, Ray and Joe follow. I told the guys up front. "This dear old woman doesn't have much money" And," I don't expect you guys to anything for free". Still, after knowing this? Without hesitation, they IMMEDIATELY and temporarily, stopped her leak. And the next morning? They finished the job. They CAN'T do this for everyone in this situation. I realize that. They WOULDN'T be in business long if they did. Right? But, this dear gal actually thanked me with, 'tears in her eyes' Truth. Saying how patient they were with her. How friendly and caring in explaining the repairs to her. And how great full she was to me, that Ray and Joe charged her VERY little! And in comparison to the real and actual damage and labor costs? She hardly had to pay anything. She doesn't know that. But , Ray and Joe and I know this. So,thank you guys for going above and beyond, what you would usually be able to do. But, I want our mountain community folks to know, when you are doin' GREAT things for us up here. Providing great, personal and professional, service yet AGAIN! For your community! You guys simply... ROCK! We thank you! read more

Ray has done several plumbing jobs for us. Always quick to respond and the problem gets fixed right the first time! We love him and his team. read more

Joe and Jay from Ray's Plumbing did two jobs for us. The first was to clear our main sewer line from the cabin, and the second was to replace a section of pipe that they discovered had broken to allow for root intrusion. They got us clear enough to get through the July 4th holiday weekend, but they returned the following Tuesday to dig up and replace the bad pipe. I'm never a fan of the disruption that comes with major home repairs, and fixing the pipe would require digging in a basement area where the floor had literally been replaced the week before. We were asking a lot, but they did their hot and difficult job in limited space, and there were very few signs of disturbance when they finished. Throughout both visits they kept us informed about what they were seeing and how they suggested to fix what they found. I was amazed at the high tech equipment they used to do their jobs...gone are the days of just wrenches and pipe cutters. Perhaps even better than having a hard time telling they were even here is that the cost was what they quoted...no surprises. As part-timers on the mountain, we've had a hard time finding reliable people when needs arise. I won't have to look for another plumber! read more

I can't speak highly enough of Ray's Plumbing. My experience was as good as it gets. It was a job I knew how to do myself, but I didn't have time and it was basically an emergency situation. Not only did Joe get over as fast as he could, and keep me updated with his timing, he knocked the job out and went above and beyond. I'll definitely be using them again! read more

Husband and I were arguing over fixing a faucet in the shower that was leaking and then turned into a stream of Hot Hot water, finally I said let's just find out what it will cost! A gal at PT Mountain community Hospital said don't do anything without calling Ray's Plumbing...I went home and called him. He came over within the hour gave us a bid that was a $1000 less than Tyler's Plumbing. He is professional, clean, and my 4 dogs loved him! Ray, you are cheaper than a divorce! read more

Nea quick personableptofessional helpful admirex his ethics solved a clogged toilet and replaced shutoff valve thank you

Scheduled appointment, no show and no call -- unfortunately typical for today's contractors.

Clean and no mess. Punctual. Showed me my worn out parts and the reason why we were having a problem. Very good!

The guy that came out was the laziest cry baby I have ever met. Would not answer any questions directly. Literally lied and made up an excuse so he didn't have to do a home warranty repair. I have very recent inspection reports that I trust way more than an idiot poking around for a few minutes, not saying what is wrong, just saying "it's been broken a long while and home warranty won't repair it." Funny, because they are sending a real company out to repair it. This guy was just mad he was too stupid to look up where I lived before he came out and then didn't want to drive out to do the repairs later so he tried to make up some story without answering basic questions like how long did he think the unit was broken just kept saying "it's been like that a long time". Well, how long idiot? If I had inspection reports done less than 2 weeks ago saying it was fine, but then you provide no proof and tell me not to call you and just call home warranty, then it's your word against the actual professional home inspector who provided evidence, where you just poked around and showed no proof or explanation of your work. Before you try to reply with some more nonsense and lies why don't you try showing some actual evidence otherwise you are just going to look just as stupid as you obviously are. read more

I called ray regarding my issues with my contactor who built our bathroom in the basement and now couldn't connect it to the main sewer. Ray and his crew was on time and did start the job right away. He called the water district and sorted things out with them and called them for inspection. Price is right as well. I don't live in the mountains so I appreciate them sending pictures of the work done. Highy reliable and very communicative. I would hire them again. Thank you guys for helping me! read more

Rays PLUMBING IS AWESOME Best Plumbing Company ON THE MOUNTAIN https://www.raysplumbing.net/ Our first job was a pipe repair on copper pipe that developed a pin hole leak from a small rock that had settled against main pipe on our pipe outside between the main meter and our home. We called many companies all week trying to handle job and Rays PLUMBING arrived 3pm on a Friday on memorial day long weekend and fixed it right away . Joe was amazing and got us whole again that day. We then decided to replace our copper pipe from street to house with a 1 inch flexible pipe. Fast, professional, personable service with very high quality results. This is my experience with Ray's Plumbing in Crestline. Early this Saturday morning and hopped into the shower, I was unpleasantly awoken by a very cold shower. No hot water! I went downstairs to the hot water heater & found a leak. This is not how I expected by Saturday to roll. I began looking for a local plumber with a good reputation online and found Ray's Plumbing. I'm so glad I did. We called 909.501.2593 and Ray answered the phone. It's so refreshing to not deal with voice mail, etc. Ray listened intently as we described the problem, asked about the heater size and manufacturer. Ray provided a fair, fixed, price and scheduled the service later on Saturday. I felt relieved and appreciated the rapid response and simplicity. Very soon after, Gilbert & Charlie arrived at our house in a bright blue Ray's Plumbing truck. They removed the old water heater (a challenge since we live on a steep hill), installed the new water heater, fixed an "out of code" gas valve, swept up excess water and applied high quality mold-resistant spray. They were in and out promptly. I heartily recommend Ray's Plumbing. read more

Ray is the best. Best plumber on the mountain. Best plumber in SoCal. Best plumber period. In a past life I was a contractor and I'm real picky about who I hire. The first time we hired Ray was on an emergency exterior pipe burst on a property we had just acquired a week before in the dead of winter. He showed up asap, addressed the problem by shutting the valve and made a recommendation for repair later in the spring after the thaw. He could have easily tried to turn a quick buck on us, but chose to build a relationship based on trust instead. Not only did we have him back after the thaw for that minor repair, but during our renovation we discovered that we'd need a full repipe for our higher end STR. Ray was by far the easiest choice we've made throughout the entire rehab. Pricing was fair, especially considering the level of quality of the work (do you know how hard it is to find REAL trade masters these days!?!) and came with a warrantee. Beyond the skill, what says it all for me is how long his crew have been working for him. His team is highly skilled and they aren't hopping from one company to the next every couple months. That kind of dedication doesn't just happen on its own. Ray is absolutely the first and only guy I text. If you're into people that lead with pride in their work and their integrity, this is that. read more

on the mountin it is very difficult to find honest people to do work and charge fairly especially in plumbing. I'm so glad we found rays plumbing. Him and his team are fair and charge fair rates. I called to get an estimate on some sewer line root balls found during inspections when I bought my house a few months ago. Not only did they come out the next day to inspect they also were able to do the repair work. Next day work is unheard of these days and they were much more reasonable on the pricing than the original inspector's estimate. Joe kept me informed on progress as I wasn't home at the time, sending pictures and letting me know how it was going. I highly recommend Ray's and will have them back out soon for some other needed repairs! read more

We had a clogged drain that turned out to be multiple breaks in the sewer pipe and large tree roots clogging the drain. Ray and Joe along with their team were fast, knowledgeable, and fair in their pricing to replace almost 75 feet of the sewer pipe. I highly recommend Ray's Plumbing. They got the job done in less than 2 days. In a world where customer service has mostly gone by the wayside, Ray and Joe stand out above the crowd. We are so pleased with their work and their customer service. read more
