The very nice scheduler said they'd put us on a list in case there was a chance to fit us in sooner. Luckily just that thing happened two weeks out. The repair man showed up on time, and was very clean, friendly, and professional. He asked thorough questions and assess the situation fully. He finds have time us we needed a new heater, but he was very honest. He did a couple of tests to be sure and found that we only needed a new thermostat. He answered all of our questions in detail and in ways that we could understand. He offered to install thermostat for free if we ordered through him. Otherwise, he said it was so very simple to do we can do ourselves, and he even showed us how and sent us detailed explanation on how to do it with one we would go buy ourselves. He offered advice on thermostat types and brands. Definitely will use again!

Therefore I cancelled him immediately and she broke down in TEARS to me after he left, talking about how he made her feel belittled and reprimanded her that she "needs to learn how to give directions". I wanted to shorten the length of my dryer vent line to improve its efficiency and change the attachment to the exterior vent to make it accessible inside the house. If your vent line is this long flexible pipe, it collects more dust and increases the drying time for your dryer. He shortened it to only 4 inches! Amazing job!
