He is dependable, honest, incredibly knowledgeable and has a solid team! He is also very fair and reasonable in his rates; he even sent me a video one time of how to do a simple repair should the problem arise again (to save us money in the future)...how many plumbers/repairmen do you know that would do that?! If you have any plumbing or heating issues and are hesitant about who to call...look no further! Thank you again Jared!

He said he needed Jared to come out and take a better look at it. Jared came out a few days later. He checked everything and said everything looked good. No mechanical failure. It just needed a good cleaning. He spent about an hour cleaning it. It now works. He explained to me that the unit I have needs a good cleaning every couple of years. His rate was very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again for both heating and plumbing. They made it very easy and stress free! Thank you!

He was short on cash so I bought the water heater which was close to $1,200. After install he sent me an invoice for $1,900 $300 over the agreed upon price. When I arrived at my cabin after two weeks of completion, I had a strong Propane smell inside my house. My basement was also full. I opened all of the windows but the smell didn't go away. I could have blown up along with a major forest fire. He did NOT even tighten the main gas valve that was leaking into my place for two weeks. Over 40 gallons of propane leaked into my basement and my house. I lit the water heater which could have exploaded. DO NOT HIRE

It took me a minute to write this review, as I've gone back and forth with it, but I just cannot…read morerecommend this plumbing company. In short, Jesse, the owner performed the usual BBL "bait & switch" on pricing. I was quoted $550 for the following: kitchen sink faucet bathroom sink faucet tub/shower combo faucet, including valves. I called a week prior to the job, and told Jesse, I was coming up from the South Bay, specifically for this, as I don't live on the mountain. We talked in detail about what was needing replaced, timeframe, and cost. We had a good chat, and he reassured me the cost/timeline. The day comes and his two plumbers were 45 minutes late, and I had to call Jesse asking for an ETA. Once the guys got to the house that's when they called Jesse confirming the installation, and now the price has doubled. I spent over $1000! I have a full-time tenant living in the home, I do not live on the mountain, and I did not have time to start calling more plumbers for estimates on how much this job would cost. I understand pricing can change once you "get in there" and see the job, but I spoke in detail about everything prior to booking... so now I'm just pissed, and being up against the ropes, I just went ahead with the job. Although the price was doubled, the work did appear to be done correctly, and everything was done in less than four hours. I haven't heard any complaints from my tenant about anything leaking or any other issues. It also took a week, four phone calls, and multiple text messages just to get an invoice from Jesse. Out of all the contractors and handymen I have dealt with on the mountain, J.O's Plumbing was by far, the worst. Don't waste your time, energy, or money dealing with him.
