She clearly explained the pricing structure: $475 if the digging to the tank cover didn't exceed three feet, and $50 for each additional foot beyond that. I really appreciated her honesty upfront--it's refreshing not to be surprised by extra charges after the work is done. She also let me know that a complimentary camera inspection would be included after the service, which added even more value. On the morning of 4/16, I called again because my wife likes to prepare meals and beverages for workers, and we wanted to know how many people to expect. I spoke with Yasmin, who was upbeat and friendly. She let me know that a crew of three would be arriving and that the service would take about two hours. She also updated me that the arrival window had narrowed from 8 AM-5 PM to 8 AM-noon, which was helpful for planning. The crew arrived later than planned (no big deal), led by manager Nate, supervisor Lance, and a trainee named Hector. It was clear right away that this team, assembled by their "big boss" Arelic, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Nate even took the time to draw a diagram on his tablet to explain how the underground system works and what they would be doing.
