I called VG Tech back in November after finding them on Yelp. I was having trouble with my electric gate; it seemed that the circuit board was not receiving a signal from any of my remotes. Dmitry showed up and went through the motor and checked the circuit board, he also checked the remotes. He later found that a wire had been chewed through probably by a rat. He repaired the wire and also offered to do a full cleaning and maintenance on the motor and chain which he also checked the pullies and belt. He adjusted and cleaned the chain and made sure that the gate operated correctly. Dmitry did a great job, and I would highly recommend VG Tech. read more

VG Tech replaced the gate operator at our home in 2022, and they did a great job. When there was an issue last year that needed a little tweak, they came by on the same day, and fixed it...for no charge. Last week, the rain got into the control box, and the gate wouldn't close. I couldn't find the key to unlock the operator to work it manually, so I called VG Tech. Dmitry came to our house, fixed the problem, and gave us a new set of keys for manual operation. my initial contact was maya who scheduled the appointment. she was professional and easy to work with. maya periodically would call to confer the time and date. she also performed a post work followup to ensure the repair was satisfactory. ivan was tech repairing my gate and arrived as advertised. he was thoroughly knowledgeable and after five minutes was able to arrive at the proper fix. the gate housing is exposed and so a haven for rodents. ivan vacuumed the interior and expertly sliced together the eight chewed wires. in addition he greased all the moving parts including the drive chain. all in all ivan did not rush the job and patiently explained the work performed. plus he is a very affable individual and we had a lively discussion on the benefits of life here versus his native country. all in all i will utilize vg tech again not only for the personnel but cost. read more

My automatic gate stopped working overnight! I went to my go to Yelp and found VG Tech. I spoke with Maya the Office Manager and luckily she was able to squeeze me in. Within two hours of my call Oleg and Ivan arrived and started to work on the issue. Honestly, I have no idea what the real problem was but it was fixed cleaned and maintenanced.
