If I could give zero stars I would. We called them up for a service call to come fix a gate and from the second he got here he was being rude. We were trying to explain the way it was built over a year ago and he was being rude saying "stop misleading me, you are misleading me". No we were just trying to recollect how it was built. Then we were trying to explain something else and he said "are you going to let me do my job or what" and called my father in law an asshole and took off with our whole gate taken apart. I called them to see if they can troubleshoot. They showed up as scheduled. The technician was very professional and honest. Turned out that the control panel is out. So I decided to get a new operator and new controller. The technician demounted the old one. Installed new operator, new panel, new wiring, conduit, mounted on exterior wall. We had a problem with our gate, it was dragging on the ground. Itay came to our house, saw the problem was a hinge that needed welding. The job was done quickly and efficiently. A few days later, the gate was dragging again, and I asked Itay to come back to see if it was related to the job they did. He responded immediately and came to the house to discover that it wasn't. We're in Southern California, the land where the ever-shifting ground moves up and down with the various earthquakes and aftershocks. So now the dragging gate needed to have the bottoms of the rails cut off to let the gate move freely. Itay did the job at no additional cost, despite the fact that it was not related to the work he had already done. Great work, great customer service, fair prices. What a rip off there prices are way to high charged me 850.00 for a 350.00 job. They installed an automatic gate opener for me which works great but now I found out there not even on LiftMaster authorized dealer list. I should have checked before hand but never the less. Also I was quoted 700.00 to hard wire the gate opener from there former employee which he would not honor he said it would be 2200.00 no way. Consumer Beware! I rely on Yelp and the reviews to make a conscious choice of vendors and services I use. Unfortunately, this business did not meet my expectations. I will say the service call was fast. But... they only temporarily solved the issue and when we called them back out because is was covered by their warranty, they then found the problem and quoted me a high price to fix what should have been fixed the first time. We contacted them continuously and finally agreed upon an agreement which they have not honored.
