I had the chance to have a zoom estimate from Pedro from Ergeon. He was very friendly and explained all details of what was involved of the cost of demo and haul away of old fence. I share a fence with 5 neighbors so I needed it broken down of cost for each neighbor. He gave me a discount of 1000,00 Dollars off. If I pay cash than another 2.5% will be taken off . This was an easy process and only took about ten minutes . Also they guarentee a life time warenty. read more

I scheduled a video call with Ergeon to get a quote for replacing my backyard fence. After the call, I was told I would receive a quote within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I never received a quote or any follow-up communication. Because of the lack of response, I chose to work with another company that showed genuine interest in my project and provided a timely estimate. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Ergeon. read more

So I haven't had the service provided yet. However, just getting a quote was a good experience. Christian was professional and answered all my questions. He was able to provide a quote using my address and technology to measure remotely over a video meeting. I'm at the beginning of getting my quotes, if I go with Ergeon I will update my post. read more

Quick and easy call and friendly to work with! Got the lot lines down perfectly and got me a quote even though I need to still get an official survey of the land. Thanks, Troy! read more

Very professional. Installation was great, they got most of it done in one day. They quickly finished installing it the next morning and even washed the concrete dust off the fence for us. The men who installed the fence worked VERY hard and really knew what they were doing. I am grateful to have had this done so professionally. Francisco our project manager was able to communicate with me about every step which really helps so I wasn't in the dark about anything. Overall, I highly recommend this company to install your read more

It was great working with Ergeon. I'll admit I was a little worried having found them on yelp and not referred by someone. They were so easy to work with, I was able to get a quote via zoom, we had one in person visit and the second visit was install day! The work read more

Ergeon - They installed our fence, we're in the middle of our pool project so disregard the mess. - Fences & Gates Near Me - Riverside, California

Didn't hire because as I was gathering other quotes, they started high pressure sales on me. "Estimate expires today as prices may go up". Bite me. There are loads of other people out there, all with similar prices and nobody has told me that the price of materials may go up after two weeks. They are on the higher price point because they have to pay for the guy with the cad drawing on the computer and the salesmen to pressure you into committing. read more

When I posted what I needed in Yelp, he was the first one who responded. He responded to messages in a timely manner. I like his video consultation! No one needs to get out and drive. I requested an estimate from Ergeon fences Manny got back to me very fast and set up a video estimate session. It went very well and Manny went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend his services! I did not end up doing a fence, but definitely would in the future with Ergeon. read more

Manny and his team are VERY PROFESSIONAL! They are patient & will work with you to handle any issues, questions, or modifications. They are a rare honest & trustworthy company. Tatiana did a solid job as project manager, they were quick with responses and easy to work with. Luis the installer and crew did a WONDERFUL job, with my fence and gate replacement & upgrades. They were on location EARLY (that's nice), worked and communicated excellent. And finished with a quality product and speed. Overall, Ergeon has great compatible pricing, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, SPEED, & EFFICIENCY, are top notch, and worth every penny. Absolute 5 Stars!!!! Scheduled a video call with this company. Did the whole 15 minute video call with them was told they would send me a quote same day. Been 5 days and nothing. Appreciate you guys wasting my time. read more

We had requested a side gate replacement and everything went well. The service is similar to like Uber or Lyft but for contractor services like this. Ergeon acts as the middleman and gets the appointment set up and they have the contractor in your area come out to do the work. The communication is good since they use chat and video calls. Value is fair although on the higher side but much faster turnaround than trying to go direct and getting a contractor to come out to do the job for you. Overall I would recommend them. read more

Had a greet video call where Dayne did a full review and break down of every detail of our fencing project, down to latch type for our gate and the direction it will open. They also broke down the shared pieces breakdown of the fees my neighbor and I will be paying. Very impressed with the service provided online. read more

Working with Ergeon was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They were able to conduct a video chat and view my situation remotely. Getting a quote was a breeze and it took minimal effort on my end. They sent over white flags for me to mark the area where the fence would go and they coordinated to have the area checked for any gas lines. The only thing I had to do was put the flags in the proper area. Once the fence and gate was ready to be installed the project manager contacted me to schedule installation. The team that came out worked fast and cleaned up the area before they left. I'm extremely happy with the service provided and the work that was completed. I highly recommend them if you're in need of a new fence/gate. Pricing was fair, they came slightly under compared to a few other quotes and with their great Yelp reviews I preferred to go with them versus another company that provided a cheaper price but had some negative reviews. read more

We are in love with our new fence. While the upcoming Santa Anas will be the final test, the improvement over our wooden fence that was literally falling apart is night and day. With a good price and not requiring large upfront deposits, We are confident we made the right choice. It is taller and being tan, it makes the yard look bigger. Thank you Alex, Lluvia, Eli and his team. (One of which was instrumental in returning a tortoise from an adjoining yard that we didn't really know about!) Would definitely recommend. read more

Yes, yes, working with Ergeon will be a straightforward, professional experience, definitely would call them again. We had a side fence and gate put in by this company in 2022, and liked it so much, called them for a vinyl fence for the back and side and a wood fence and gate in the driveway. Staff were very professional, pricing was very very reasonable. The project manager Tatiana was available to answer questions throughout the process. Installation took about 9 hours, the team was very efficient, swiftly completing all the things and cleaning up. Everything looks phenomenal, very stable, really love how it turned out, thanks! read more

Ergeon installed our fence in 2021. The first issue is that they installed the fence so that it blocked the lock on my gate! I didnt notice this until they left, and I closed my gate for the night. So I called them back the next day and the way they 'fixed' this was by cutting a huge square in the board to allow my hand to have access to the lock! Its actually embarrassing. Im ashamed that others can see that this is my new fence that I actually paid for. They also did not stain the fence or pre-treat the fence at all. I would have paid extra for the service but it wasn't even offered. Its basically redwood boards with no protection at all. Unfortunately, it has had several more issues. A few months later, the boards became warped and unattached in several areas. I contacted Ergeon and they said they would come and repair the warped boards. The fence was installed with nails, but the 'repair' on the new boards were with screws. It doesnt match the rest of the fence. Suprisingly, the screws actually helped to secure the boards better. I really wish they would have used screws on all boards from the very beginning. Its all looking like patchwork at this point. Now, more importantly, the fence is severely leaning onto our neighbors side. Of course, we would like to get this fixed before our neighbors property gets damaged. So again, Ergeon was contacted and they said they would not fix the lean/sag although there are some warranties that are included. The issues I am having with this fence is due all of it being installed improperly. Its not wear and tear, not acts of god, not the customers fault. This is the fault of Ergeon and whoever they used for the install. The posts were not installed securely and the whole fence can be shaken and wobbled easily. This is dangerous and a hazard. This is a huge regret of mine that I chose Ergeon as my fence installer. My neighbor has complained to me about the quality as well and I wish I would have kept my old fence. That one was at least strong and sturdy. Now, I have to pay again to get this embarrassing fence fixed to avoid problems with my neighbor. read more

We installed a front yard fence through Ergeon and the process is simple and professional. I appreciated seeing the project visually through their quote and they have the nicest quote system I have seen with contract work. They were affordable and clear with the project and also flexibility without putting pressure. The only feedback I have is there are multiple numbers for communication and sometimes it can get confusing. Great work overall. read more
