This was AMAZING! I wish I could vote 4.5 instead of 4 ONLY because some of the communication. The virtual zoom measurement went great. I actually had a very difficult neighbor so to have the company provide a quote and then communicate all updates to my neighbor was AWESOME! They follow the steps provided and provide a chart to show clarity. The company that came to build the fence did SO GOOD! It only took 4 hours to do a 55 foot fence. Everything went very smooth! I was skeptical at first but it was great! AND it was super affordable which I cannot say for other companies. My only issue was communication. After the quote was given the next step was a little slow so I wish there was greater follow up. I also couldn't communicate with my initial quote person after. I called and left messages with no follow up. It was handed off to the next people which is fine, but makes it hard to feel comfortable your job is getting done. Also a lot of communication is through text so you worry if it's legit but it is. That's my only feedback is their communication and follow through. The day of communication was awesome! No issues and very responsive to text or call. Baruc and Jessenia were my main points of contact. Baruc did intake and Jessenia handled the actual day of and scheduling installation. From the day we accepted the quote until installation I believe it was 3-4 weeks. Other than that, I would recommend this company to EVERYONE!!!! Highly recommend. Very very kind!!! While I originally was happy with the result. Only about 6 months later my gate to the fence is broken. It is not covered by the warranty. I've included resent pictures. Please note that the tops fly off very easily and that they do not put any cement or sand inside to make them more sturdy. I cannot recommend when only a few months later they break. I didn't use them so my review is just on their process to get a bid. I wanted a recomendation on whether to replace or repair the fence. The estimate is done through video chat which was a struggle since we had connectivity issues. The salesperson asked me to text him a video and pictures for an estimate. I did that but didn't hear back for about a week. At that point, I was asked to measure the fence in order to get a quote. By that time, I had already moved on to another contractor who visited the home and provided an estimate that same day. I understand that some companies are trying to use more technology for efficiency but there should have been an offer to visit the home when the video chat wasn't working. Not a good experience for me. read more

We had two wooden gates and one wood fence in our yard that were probably the originals from the 60's. They were sagging, dragging, hard to open/close, and just nasty looking. We contacted Ergeon a couple months ago, but due to labor and supply chain issues, they weren't able to come out to install until this month. Worth the wait, they did great work! I LOVE the vinyl gates and fence they installed. They look super nice, love that they lock, and have a push button for easy opening. Their response time was pretty good, and their prices were impossible to beat! We did have one minor snafu with installation, but they rectified the situation the next day. I did not go forward with this company, only because I had a friend at another competition company that was able to offer me a better deal strictly through chance. If I did not have that friend, I would have used this company hands down, carlos, the person who gave me a quote, spent a good hour with me on the phone designing my property fence and giving me up to date quotes right there with no hidden fees or issues. He was super attentative with my fence and even found things through screen I didnt see at first, like a mismatch of poles where the fence would go. I had a terrible experience with Ergeon and would not recommend them. Their salesman deceived me into using their preferred lender without disclosing that the loan would be reported to credit bureaus. I later found out it was a high-interest loan that I would have never agreed to had I been fully informed as I have the money to pay in full. To make matters worse, they outsourced the installation to a third-party contractor, and I ended up paying cash directly to the installer, which was never disclosed as part of their process. The entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional. If you're considering using Ergeon, be extremely cautious--ask every financial question upfront and don't trust their financing recommendations without doing your own research. Had an older wooden fence replaced by Ergeon with a vinyl one. The sales rep Carlos and the installers did a great job however our project manager Charlie B. was terrible. The lack of clear communication and updates regarding the project very nearly caused us to back out of the install and pivot to another company. Hopefully they have more than one PM if not be prepared to have a frustrating experience after you sign the contract. read more

The work was good but they should have levelled the surface and installed the fence. My gate is at an angle and there is a gap where a hand can go in and open the lock on the other side due to this angle. I did mention it to them but no response for weeks. I need the other side of the fence to be fixed next year and I might go with someone else for it.
