We had an estimate done with all three sides of our fence and two gates..two of our neighbors were not ready to commit to a new fence (totally ok/understandable, it's expensive) so we had one side done and both gates!! The workers were polite and nice. A mistake happened due to miscommunication on the company's part but was fixed without hesitation. The mistake was: the crew started taking down a side of the fence that we were not having replaced at this time because our neighbors could not commit, at the moment!! So, the job was for one side of our fence and both gates. My husband actually caught the mistake, the crew stopped working immediately, as clarification was needed for the crew. No big deal, accidents happen all the time. The company used the same wood that was accidentally removed and put our fence back together, and where the wood was rotted, they replaced with new wood without charging us. I mean our fence was bad to start...we have rope tied to the fence and secured to the ground to keep the fence from collapsing into our neighbors yard. After the mistaken was taken care of the fence looked better than before..other than the different wood colors, which didn't bother us because the entire fence was secured to the ground to keep it from collapsing in the first place...see video. So, we were grateful and thankful that the new structure would hold the floppy fence up until we (as neighbors) could have it replaced. I will attach videos and pics of work. A loose gatepost was replaced and instead of two 8 ft. gates, we had a four foot gate and a longer gate put in. This is long overdue! Im so glad I went with this company. The owner was professional, quick, and has great prices (I had 5 estimates). They were highly recommended in my community too. I almost went with another company because they were quite busy over the holidays, but glad I didnt. I had old wood fence replaced with vinyl on the sides of the house, which took two days (one day each). Nice, hard working, experienced guys. They had to work with some odd angles that required them to cut conrete and lift sprinklers. The new fence looks amazing! They are custom service oriented and said they have come out to replace damaged panels no charge, which was good to know because I thought the whole section had to be replaced. After talking to Anna she was very helpful with wanting to fix the problems. They came the following week took down the boards and put dirt and rocks to cover the gaps in the fence. Looks much better than what it I'm pleased with how they handled the situation and being very eager to make sure I am happy with it ****Had to lower the rating as a few weeks after they came back to fix what they did I told them my concern of the sand starting to fall down from it raining or sprinklers they said that they would get in contact with me to fix that and never did. I now have a huge gap in the fence that we have to fix ourselves from all the rainfall we got this season. Myself and our neighbors both have dogs. Very sad at the broken promises, bad for business as far as us referring them to all of our homeowner friends. Time to give credit where credit is due. This company is a great place to start your fence estimates with. Carlos and his entire crew are very friendly and professional. I had an issue with a previous project with him and he took care of the issue as soon as the rain stopped. I had Carlos come out and build a beautiful custom horizontal wood enclosure for my air conditioning units and pool pump. The fence looks beautiful. I hired Carlos to do the side fence and front gate for an RV access. I was never happy with the work from day one. The gate was done very poorly but the work was done so I paid Carlos as he said that he was going to fix it if it didn't hold up. As I suspected, the gate started to follow apart very quickly. I called Carlos a couple of times, he performed some quick fixing but never took care of the real problem. A year has passed and the gate is in very bad shape. I called and was basically told that I was on own. If you hire this company, make sure you are extremely happy with the work before you pay. I do not recommend this company. The quality of work is very poor and the materials used are very low quality as well. Don't waste your money. read more

Requested a quote to do a side fence between my house and my neighbor plus a section of wrought iron between my house and the fence to prevent my dogs from getting into pool equipment and a shed. When my neighbors back out from doing the side fence I requested to split the quote since I still needed the other section completed. I found riverside fence on YELP after another fencing company kept breaking appointments for a quote. Carlos came right out and we started discussing my project. I had a 240 foot fence line adjacent to my neighbors property. There were some very unique aspects to the terrain that included dips in the landscape and a rainwater creek that cut through the fence line. I also needed a surveyor to verify the property line. We discussed solutions and Carlos won the bid with a reasonable price and the commitment to do a brick wall between some large boulders for the creek and a lift for the dip in the property terrain. The whole thing would be topped by a wooden fence. He also located a surveyor. It took a while to get started because Carlos wanted to make sure we got a good price on a surveyor. Once the property line was set, Carlos let us know where we were in his schedule. He started on time, but was shut down by my neighbor who was not in favor of a wood fence replacing the low chain link fence. (I did not think to ask him because I was paying for the upgrade.) I let Carlos know I would talk to my neighbor. We got a solution worked out and my neighbor and I asked for new bids for a 6ft brick wall and a 6ft chain link fence. The wall bid took a week because Carlos had to bring in another person to do the bid. When it was all said and done, my neighbor got a second chain link bid and Carlos matched the price. We were ready to go. Carlos and his team showed up and started right on time. They finished the project in a week. My neighbor raised some concerns and Carlos immediately made adjustments to the project. This job had unforeseen starts and stops that cost Carlos half a day of work and some extra time here and there. Carlos never complained about the disruption to his schedule and was eager to accommodate all our requests. He worked to set a price we could use. If I asked Carlos to do something different or extra, it got done. We have been remodeling our house and yard for a couple years now. We have found there are companies you have to chase around and watch and then there the ones you can trust to do the job you expect when they say they will do it. Needed a shared fence replaced. Got a quote in January and finally got it replaced in April. It took my neighbor and us awhile to commit to the replacement because it took the city so long to approve our permit. Riverside fence was great. They were patience with us and didn't blow us off even though it took us so long. Permit finally got approved and Riverside Fence was able to come out and remove and install the new fence. They did a fantastic job. We had a wood fence installed and really liked how they installed metal posts instead of wood posts, much sturdier. They are licensed.
