Our wooden fence got completely blown to the ground on a very windy day here in Menifee, so we called Mesa Fence as they have done very many repairs and installations in our Oasis Project in Menifee. They immediately came out to give us an estimate, and had us scheduled for a new vinyl fence in two weeks. The two workers who came out were very professional, and they removed our old fence (including taking it to the dump), and then installed a new vinyl fence which they did in just three hours! Mesa fence just finished an amazing fence and gate replacement. Leland came by and we discussed the project. I had my own ideas and Leland explained everything in great detail. We have a sloped yard between houses so Leland suggested a retaining block wall the prevent issues with the neighbor's yard continuing to flow down the slope into ours. I don't know why Mesa doesn't have 5.0 across the board. They absolutely should! We have used them on and off for over 20 years to swap out wooden white split rail ranch fence for vinyl on a 2-acre property, we always found them to be easy to work with, competitively priced, and they do great quality work. We recently contracted with them to finish our fencing, and while discussing fencing and electric gate, I met their concrete/landscaping extraordinaire, Andres, and we ended up hiring the team to do a massive patio, walkway, fencing, etc. This team on all fronts has been absolutely awesome, they communicate so well with their customers and with each other, every step of this massive project was coordinated like a beautiful dance. I could not have had an easier time working with Mesa between the concrete & fencing, and also with another contractor I hired for the patio covers (JH Construction) - I truly can't thank Mesa enough for having such a quality team (Andres is a star!!), this project is turning out so amazing, I am writing the review before it is even complete. The price was about where mid range but really came down to trusting who knew how it needed to be done. They have been in business for a very long time. Leland came to see, and was the only one who put down all the main items that could be including jackhammer work for what seemed to needing fixing (he just knew from experience with both commercial and residential and that experience was very valuable). He was professional, on-time, with solid experience and with a quote right there with their licenses written on it (all done right as a professional company). The guys that came to do the work have been doing this for years, Fernando & Jose were super friendly and easy to work with.
