I chose Mesa Fence Co based on a neighbor's suggestion. Leland came to our house and provided a very reasonable quote so my wife and I decided to go with them. What a fantastic experience. First, the crew was in time each and every day during the fence construction. They had all of the required materials as outlined in our contract. I felt that the work crew went above and beyond my expectations and those of my neighbor who also had a new gate installed. The work crew really went out of their way to ensure we were totally satisfied with their work - and we were more than satisfied. I feel the addition of this new fence substantially adds to the value and overall look of our home. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Mesa Fence. A big thanks to Leland and of course the work crew for doing such a wonderful job. read more

These people at Mesa Fence Co. were very good! We share our rear backyard fence with two neighbors on my residential property. Leland Cisco (boss), wrote up individual contracts for me and my neighbor, who were sharing the cost to replace our fence. We kept in touch frequently before the job started, and almost daily while the work was being done. His workers on the wood sections, were Noe and Fernando, who did a great job. They all arrived on schedule, cleaned up the debris from the previous fencing and post footings, and worked steadily. Due to special circumstances evolving from the slope I have out back and erosion, we opted for a low retaining wall with reinforced concrete footing running the whole length of the top of my slope, and three rows of reinforced cinder block with additional concrete to reinforce the soil. The masonry was done by a subcontractor company Leland works with regularly, and those men did a good job, too! Our fence comprised metal posts to avoid the rot which undermined the old 4x4 wood posts, and the wood panels were attached to these metal posts with steel bands. As this fence was customized to meet our special needs, your fence wouldn't be the same. Moreover, it may be several years before I know how well all of this holds up to an El Niño or earthquake. ‍ These guys aren't cheap but I felt I paid a fair price for a good job. IT IS OFTEN TRUE THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If/when I need more work done, I'll hire them, again! read more

Residential install. Left old fence up instead of tear down. CANNOT even tell you enough WONDERFUL things about my experience- mainly Leland and the crew that did the amazing work at my home; Fernando, Noe, and Jose. I had originally been in touch with Leland in 2024, at which time we were not ready to build. Reconnected 2026 and could not have been happier. From the 10,000 questions I would ask him, sometimes days in a row, to the day of the install. I was only met with kindness, patience and knowledge. I have shared my experience with others, unsolicited lol, because I want people to think of Leland and Mesa Fence for any fencing project. YOU GUYS ARE THE FREAKING BESSSST!!! Thank you!!! read more

Our wooden fence got completely blown to the ground on a very windy day here in Menifee, so we called Mesa Fence as they have done very many repairs and installations in our Oasis Project in Menifee. They immediately came out to give us an estimate, and had us scheduled for a new vinyl fence in two weeks. The two workers who came out were very professional, and they removed our old fence (including taking it to the dump), and then installed a new vinyl fence which they did in just three hours! It looked so great after they were finished, I was impressed by their efficiency and installation. I would highly recommend Mesa Fence to anyone is our Oasis Senior Project or anywhere in Menifee, Murrieta, Perris. And thank you to Leland, Sisco, the company manager, who immediately replied to any and all of my questions regarding installation! ~ John Kim read more

Mesa fence just finished an amazing fence and gate replacement. Leland came by and we discussed the project. I had my own ideas and Leland explained everything in great detail. We have a sloped yard between houses so Leland suggested a retaining block wall the prevent issues with the neighbor's yard continuing to flow down the slope into ours. Mesa fence brought in a block wall company and built an amazing base wall. Mesa fence then came in and installed a vinyl fence on top of the wall. The install crew (Alex and David) were great, their attention to detail and professionalism was fantastic. The old broken fence was an eye sore to say the least. We could not be happier. read more

Worked with Leland. Was on time for appraisal and explained options. Leland worked with me on scheduling while I waited for HOA approval. Once it was approved Leland scheduled it quick. They showed up when they were supposed to and completed the work as scheduled. They also cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. The workers also swept up the concrete areas near the fence. Excellent overall job and would recommend using them for any fence repairs or installations. read more

We needed all of our backyard fencing replaced. Leland was very patient with us as we discussed multiple options and then finally decided to go with the Vinyl Fencing. The removal of our old fence was flawless, and the installation, was much better than we anticipated. The crew(s) were very efficient and clean - they were outstanding and knowledgeable in their craft. We would definitely call on Mesa for any future fencing needs or will refer them to anyone we know that might be getting fencing done. Thanks Mesa Fence!! I sent a yelp text to a few vendors regarding a fence quote. This was my second attempt to try to replace my side gate. I was pleasantly surprised that I got an almost immediate reply from Leland at Mesa Fence in Perris, CA. We set a time where we met at my home and he was able to make a few budget suggestions. I felt that his knowledge and understanding of my joint property line fence was obvious. When my next door neighbor came out to chat with us, Leland put us both at ease with describing past projects and what his suggestions were. We were all in agreement. The project was done on time and on budget. All discarded material was hauled away and even the neighbors were impressed with the quality of the work. Thanks again. I hope to have you come back when we have another project. read more

Leland was quick to come out and look at my gate I thought could be repaired. However, it turns out it was beyond that. My neighbor and I were looking to replace our shared fence with a white vinyl fence. I had 9 companies come give estimates. I would definitely get a quote from Mesa if you are looking to replace a fence. read more

I don't know why Mesa doesn't have 5.0 across the board. They absolutely should! We have used them on and off for over 20 years to swap out wooden white split rail ranch fence for vinyl on a 2-acre property, we always found them to be easy to work with, competitively priced, and they do great quality work. We recently contracted with them to finish our fencing, and while discussing fencing and electric gate, I met their concrete/landscaping extraordinaire, Andres, and we ended up hiring the team to do a massive patio, walkway, fencing, etc. This team on all fronts has been absolutely awesome, they communicate so well with their customers and with each other, every step of this massive project was coordinated like a beautiful dance. I could not have had an easier time working with Mesa between the concrete & fencing, and also with another contractor I hired for the patio covers (JH Construction) - I truly can't thank Mesa enough for having such a quality team (Andres is a star!!), this project is turning out so amazing, I am writing the review before it is even complete. Wow! Mesa, Andres, and Team - THANK YOU! We LOVE it. I'll try to put some "before" photos in here, but you did so much, it takes a lot of photos to show it all! And don't forget any fencing off in the distance is Mesa as well - some of it 20 years old and still going strong. read more

I inquired on a Fence project for our property, Mesa Fence was professional, And very thorough with their proposal.

I was so happy with how the fencing turned out- vinyl fencing up a steep hill with wild trees and bushes everywhere... but it turned out great. Other people who gave me quotes were a bit lower on price but based on the reviews here I knew I'd get a better quality fence and I was right. Plus Leland actually came out to review before quoting- most people did not do that. Leland also put up with my constant calls and emails when I was indecisive but he was always very honest & professional. Alejandro & Jesus came and did an awesome job installing - very friendly, fast and I was impressed at how great it turned out. read more
