From the quote process to install, everything went incredibly smooth. We had our entire fence line replaced and had a mostly easy time dealing with neighbors. I was in a bind because my home insurance company was trying to drop me due to termite damage on our fence, and he was able to fit me in his very busy schedule and accommodate our needs. He was very professional, and also helped me in contacting a neighbor to get their approval to start work on the shared fence as well. After a lot of research, my neighbor and I decided to go with Carney Fence for a combination wood and wrought iron fence replacement project - and we could not be more pleased with the choice and outcome. From the first contact I had with this family run business (James and Jo do the fence quotes and installation and mom Karen coordinates the office), there is nothing but great things to say about the Carneys. James came by to discuss/quote the project and it was clear that he and his brother are all about quality and customer satisfaction. They used the postmaster post system and I love it! The fence line is very tight and clean without the 4x4 posts normally used for this. We had a pool built in our "front" yard (it's actually the rear of the house but faces street!). We had minimal fencing and of course code requires security fencing around a pool. Talked to the Carney brothers and just felt so confident in them, I didn't bother with other bids. Just being honest!
