I contacted over ten different shops, and most either said they couldn't make what I needed or never followed up at all, which was frustrating given that the project itself is fairly straightforward. When I contacted Equipment Design and Manufacturing, the experience was immediately different. They provided a very reasonable quote, and I was relieved to finally get this long-delayed project moving. I've needed these displays made for several years and had nearly given up on finding the right partner. We're working with Jaime, who has been extremely organized and responsive. He and his team were thorough in walking us through design details, material options, and pricing considerations. We received a detailed quote the very next day, and communication has been prompt and clear throughout the process. They also went the extra mile by offering options to help control costs, including powder-coated finishes versus an unpainted brass option, and even discussing specific paint colors. It's clear they're mindful of affordability without compromising quality. We're looking forward to seeing the prototype in the coming days and are very happy with how smoothly everything has gone so far.

My company needed some welding done on equipment we have at the yard and came across him on google so decided to give this company a shot. He was busy and the first minute or so was him speaking with a person and not sounding like he was in a good mood so I apologized since it sounded like bad timing when he finally greeted me and took my call. I understand things can get quite hectic and the time isn't always right but either don't answer the call or immediately ask to give them a call back. He allowed me to proceed for a QUICK second, literally... explaining we found him on google, he cut me off and said he's not interested and hung up. Not even 5 seconds of listening! I was appalled. I didn't even get to explain what work we needed.... he blatantly just cut me off and rejected work. WHAT COMPANY REJECTS WORK?? We're an industrial company that could have potentially been returning customers time and time again with all the routine work on our equipment, not to mention rave about it to the other sub divisions within who could also keep them in mind for the future? Extremely disappointed, unprofessional and I still can't believe this. They don't deserve new cliental. DON'T BOTHER.
