Quick response and fair bid. Great talking to them and easy to discuss projects. The team was fast to provide a broken down proposal.

T & T had it Tuesday afternoon(they do not start working until 4pm), Wednesday and Thursday and told me it would need to stay the weekend to get a couple more days to figure out the problem. Every time I talked to the owner there were more and more things wrong with it. They said the brake was cracked in 3 places, the welds on the bottom of the trailer were broken, the wiring needed to be completely pulled and redone. They couldn't figure out the 6 pin plug so they switched it to an RV plug. I went and picked it up tonight because I had a gut feeling this was going to end up being a tsunami of cost with all the things they were saying was wrong with the trailer. This is a 4 horse HART aluminum trailer. Only used for gymkhana's a couple mile from home for a couple of years. It came home tonight, way worse than it was taking to them. They charged me $1050 - $250 for each side of the trailer to repack wheel bearings. And $600 for their diagnostic of all of the horrible problems they kept finding. They fixed nothing on the electrical except to switch the plug so the brakes on the trailer stuck and I could move the trailer with their plug hooked to my truck. This was an absolute nightmare. I used to go to T & T to get all my maintenance done. I did not know it was sold. I wish I has known. I am so glad I got it out of there before the could charge me even more. Oh, and the owner kept telling me he had picture of all the problems they found but showed me NONE of them.

From the initial communication, with Francisco, I knew they were a professional and trustworthy company. Their customer service was top-notch, they were responsive, easy to communicate with, and were always quick to answer any questions I had by text, email, or phone. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish including scheduling the initial consult, providing ideas and recommendations that would match the aesthetic of our home with estimates, scheduling measurements and installation dates, and installing the finished products, with pristine clean-up. Their craftsmanship is truly outstanding--every detail is precise, elegant, and built with integrity. You can tell from the quality of the materials and the flawless welds that they take immense pride in their work. Our gates and new mailbox look amazing, and the attention to detail was exceptional. The price was also very reasonable especially for the impeccable quality of work they delivered. I highly recommend Option One Welding to anyone looking for quality workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Luke and his team are incredibly professional instructors who are truly dedicated to bringing out the best in each student. Ladies, if you're feeling a bit intimidated or worried that you'll be treated differently, don't be. The only thing you really need to survive AFA is a sense of humor (that goes for the guys too) I remember sitting in college, debating whether it was the right path for me or if I should take the leap and pursue a trade. I'm beyond glad I did. I have absolutely no regrets about attending AFA. Ralph, Ronnie, Doc, and Kyle not only taught me during my time there, but they continue to teach and support me even after graduation. Whether I need extra practice or advice, before an interview or for a weld test their doors are always open. Luke, Robert, Marcio, and Gus have also been incredibly supportive and instrumental in helping me grow in my welding career. Never in a million years did I think I'd find myself in aerospace, but here I am and I couldn't have done it without the amazing team at AFA. And of course, shoutout to the wonderful ladies in the office, they are always a delight to talk to and often the highlight of my day. Whatever I needed, they were there to help. P.S. Sorry it took me so long to leave a review... I've been busy working at the jobs you guys helped me get!

From day one, the American Fabrication Academy taught me the foundational skills I needed to enter this trade and gave me lifelong mentors I now consider family. Before attending AFA, my only work experience was babysitting. After graduating in March, it took a little time, but by May I had job offers from SpaceX and Anduril Industries at just 19 years old. I'm beyond grateful for how much this school helped me during and even after the program. If you're looking for a trade school that truly cares about your future not just your tuition this is the place. The staff here go above and beyond to set you up for success, and that support doesn't end when you graduate. I want to give a special thank you to all the instructors who were a part of my journey: Luke, Marcio, Kyle, Ronnie, Doc, and David, Robert, as well as Gus, the recruiter, and Silvia at the front desk. Each of them played a role in my growth. They're not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they also know how to keep things fun always joking around, but dead serious when it comes to teaching you the craft and work ethic this industry demands. In my opinion, AFA is the top trade school in California. To this day, I'm still learning from the advice and lessons they gave me things I never got from traditional high school or anyone for that matter. Forever grateful for the family I made at AFA. Thank you for everything. -Christine class #39
