A good measurement of the quality of business or contractor is not only when everything goes as planned but when unforeseen events arise. How the business deals with these issues and how they communicate with the customer will reassure the customer, they're in good hands. Glen (owner) was thorough and straightforward throughout the entire process. He proved he conducts his business and relationships with customers in a very clear and ethical manner. He clearly documents all work and prices but also holds himself to his word. The quality of work that Percision Iron Solution provides is above the rest. Precision Iron Solutions did an amazing job on our gate replacement! They came out same day when we called, armed with a book full of pictures to highlight their designs and colors. We know they were the right choice when we saw the quality and variety of their work. They also were very friendly and open to our ideas for what we needed. We had an old wooden gate (30+ years) that was to be replaced with an Iron gate and they listened to what we wanted and helped us chose what would look best. We also needed the gate to be away from the home wall by at least 8 inches and they were able to do that as well as make the gate wider to better allow us to move things in and out from the back yard. They quickly built the gate (about a week) and installed it in one day. It was powder coated and then covered to prevent a view into the yard. The gate turned out better than we expected and allows an install of solar equipment behind it on the house as we requested. Their price was very reasonable and the quality was the best! We will definitely use them again! read more

I was lucky to have a neighbor willing to help out with replacing a very old wooden fence. I got a few quotes and found Precision Iron Solutions with a fair quote. My neighbor and I decided to hire them and from start to finish the experience was great. Suzie walked us through everything step by step and more than willing to help give us the best rate. Their foreman were knowledgeable worked efficiently, and finished by 1pm. They were kind enough to take extra trash I had and left everything clean. A friend recommended Patton's Steel in Irwindale. I inquired via email, and a person named Cody Robinson got right back to me the next day. He gave me a quote for a steel 12-ft piece of 11-gauge square tubing 1.5 in x 1.5 in x12 ft. I had looked at other places, but the prices were crazy, and to have it delivered was, in some cases hundreds, of dollars. I had a few more questions, and Cody answered them promptly. He made me feel very comfortable working with their company. He stated that the product would be on will call for me at the Ontario location which was great because it was on my way home from Fontana. I let him know that I had Thursday off so I would pick it up then, and he said no problem just go to the front desk. I did just that and within about 10 minutes I had a 12-ft square tubing made of steel at my disposal. I really didn't need 12 ft, so I asked them if they could cut it to 10 and I didn't need the scrap. The person with whom I delt, said that was not a problem he took it and cut it to a 10 ft length--perfect. The staff knew their product well and it was very nice to deal with people that knew exactly where product is and how to get it to the customers in a timely manner. Now the Ontario location is a retail location, so I thought it might be more expensive, but I was wrong. Out the door the price was $54.38. I brought $54.40 thinking they wouldn't have pennies, but much to my surprise they did have change and I got two pennies back, I guess two cents for my thoughts hahaha.. This location, has all kinds of tubing, posts, solid and hollow, whether they be square cornered, round, long or short. I was amazed at the selection that they had. If you have need to make a brace for a tree or need to make a cage or tubing for some reason, this is the place to go.

Called them but phone goes to voicemail that doesn't accept messages. Requested quote on Yelp that remained unanswered. Obviously chose another company. read more
