They are professional and courteous but ended up going another way. Would call them in the future.

The finger print reading is time consuming to set up. But since it's an aluminum gate we were limited on options. That was my only regret.... Would have gone a different route with more options to lock the gate because that's the whole point !! No sense of having a nice gate if you can't lock it or manage it correctly from an app. All in all la fence made it happen & I'm glad I chose local business.

The fences are nice and look like the pics on the reviews. The issue in my case is installation and customer service. They broke one of my recently installed pavers (never told me). The metal portion of 1 of 3 gates had a lot of visible deep scratches, and they left an outlet box just dangling instead of properly installing it. I also noticed they didn't install stoppers behind each door. Didn't know I had to ask for that or that they didn't provide them. Imagine spending thousands on 3 beautiful doors just so when they open, they smack on stucco or walls? I made a deal with Mark (he comes out to give you an estimate) it cost me $100 to have my paver guy fix the damage. Add 3 stoppers to the gates and I'll call it even. He said ok. They came out and installed one. Mark has been bs'ing me for months and they haven't came out to add the remaining two. I've called the main office and no luck. I know if I would've waited on paying they would've been done a long time ago. And to be fair they did come out and covered up the deep scratches a bit. You can still see them but not as noticeable. The electric box was also installed properly. Make sure you look at your doors and gates closely before you pay because trying to get them to come out can be difficult and Mark might tell you it will be handled and never will. Their prices are fair and competitive but their installation and customer service could use some work and maybe other estimates on your behalf. See pictures. Oh and I sent them a lock to install prior to them coming out to install. I should've checked that too before they left. The electronic door lock doesn't work. I've tried taking it apart and figuring it out but does not work. My fault I guess for not checking.

I had them rebuild our wood fence and they did an outstanding job. Mark came out to give us a free quote, he was polite and very professional, explaining everything in detail. Michael made sure we were happy with the job before leaving and we were. We were very pleased with the clean up and removal old fencing, rails and posts. I found them as they had installed a block wall with metal gates for neighbors down the street. They did an outstanding job and I was very impressed with the quality. We are very happy with the job that was done and will use them again on other fence projects.

I first called on a Friday, and Joe and his crew were out the following Monday to begin the project. This was a huge job--more than 600 feet of fencing--and they completed everything by Thursday. I was very impressed with how efficiently they worked while still paying attention to detail. Even the city building inspector commented that they did a great job! Joe and his crew were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. There was never any sense of rushing the job--they took the time to do it right. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work completed. I highly recommend Villa Fencing if you're looking for quality work and a professional team.

I'm at a loss for words. Since the beginning it has been nothing but issues…read more I went with an aluminum double swinging gate for my driveway. - First the incorrect gate size was ordered. It's 120 lbs. The dude said he would return the original wrong one all the way back to the valley- he never ended up doing it. So i had to order the correct sized gate then figure out how to return wrong one (large 100 lb packages) in my vehicle. Thankfully I got that squared away. - the gate was finally installed- there were some scratches but that was fine. I ordered a can of touch up from the gate company and now that is all good. - after a few days, once it warmed up outside, the aluminum (like most materials) is prone to expand in the heat. When this happened the gate wouldn't close. Or if it was closed the door wouldn't open. - i reached out to Anthony and told him the gate was sticking and immediately he got defensive saying that everything worked fine when he left after installing it. We went back and forth about who was to blame for it (him not taking any accountability); he finally agreed to come out and fix it. He put me off days and days at a time. Kept giving me dates / times and he wouldn't show up. He'd make excuses and never communicate that he couldn't make it. - He finally sent one of his coworkers out to "fix" it. He basically removed some screws and the door lock plate and said it was better. Nope. Still was sticking. - Anthony as usual got defensive and shifted the blame , calling it a "Temu Gate" and basically it's junk and everyone else would charge double he's charging. No Anthony, that's not what the problem is, it wasn't installed correctly and needed adjusted to account for *heat expansion of aluminum*. Take accountability for YOUR Temu installation practices! This is not customer service. As a customer I don't pay money to people so they can get defensive and call my products TEMU, gaslight and flake flake flake. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Eventually Anthony sent another guy out who was clearly irritable that he had to come out again. He said everything is good and i shouldn't have problems. But instead of fixing it they didn't do what the manuftr recommended to do: actually reducing 1/4" or the width of the gate as I'd mentioned needed to be done on several occasions. WHAM- next day it's hot again and it's the same BS & of course the gate won't open. I responded again- to which I got the usual snappy comment. See images below. Moral of this story: Save yourself time and look elsewhere. This is the antithesis of good customer service.
