We recently had 22' of redwood fence replaced on my ADU. They did a great job. The project basically only took a day and was well constructed. Overall, we are very happy with the service, price, and quality. The only feedback we have is they could communicate better. They need additional follow up to confirm appointments and haven't called to reschedule other work we've requested after the rain. read more

After several different estimates from different companies, we decided to go with SOS Fencing. Their price was reasonable and the estimate was detailed and clear. We also checked their licensing and felt more at ease knowing they were licensed in multiple categories. Two workers came out to do the job over the span of 1.5 days. They cleaned up afterwards and our new wall section looks good! Thank you SOS Fencing! read more

I'm beyond proud of their work on this project, they paid attention to detail and happily delivered. We reached out for help, hence SOS, fencing. Immediately, right after contacting and sharing our experience with eavesdropping neighbors that are also weird peeping pervs, I don't know if you ever dealt with neighbors that are careless renters that like to throw trash over, yelling obscenities, smells like urine from their side, etc. Emilio and his team brought reassurance for privacy concerns to our home that would further strengthen our security in these spaces. Definitely, looking forward to hire them again for future home upgrades projects. Will be recommending them to fam and friends! Also, in case you're wondering we got 2.5 feet white vinyl toppers on top of our brick wall. Looks so good. Finally, can have people over. read more

Had an old wooden fence that needed replacement and reached out to SOS Fencing based on Yelp reviews. Emilio answered right away, came over, and gave a free estimate, which was very reasonable. Roberto and his crew came on time and were very efficient and clean. Emilio was also very communicative the whole process. I appreciate them putting the vinyl fence and the cement work. They were finished in 1 and a half days! The original estimate was about 2-3 days so I appreciate the efficiency. My house looks much better. I will definitely call them back for other work. I highly recommend SOS Fencing for your fencing and cement needs. read more

Working with Emilio was easy going yet thorough. We were looking to fix a block wall that had a specific design. He was able to find the blocks with the exact patterns and order them. He had to pick them up from Indio!!! But, he knew that my dad who had passed away selected that design and it had sentimental value for my family. He also took care of working with the city to get all the proper approvals and licenses. His dad, Roberto and a crew of 3 additional people came and worked non-stop for 5 hours to re-build the wall. We really appreciated how they cleaned up afterwards. Emilio, Roberto and crew were so professional and friendly, and they got the job done! It is beautiful to look at. We are happy and satisfied with the results!!! read more

We hired SOS Fencing to replace our side yard fence and build a new garden wall along the side of our property. The project included a custom steel-framed redwood fence with a matching gate, and the finished result looks great and feels extremely solid. From the estimate through installation, communication was clear and the team was easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. The steel-framed construction makes the fence very sturdy and the redwood panels give it a clean, modern look. The gate was carefully installed and operates smoothly, and the garden wall also turned out great and really improved the overall appearance of the space. We're very happy with the quality of the work and would recommend SOS Fencing to anyone looking for a high quality fence installation or masonry work. read more

A car accident outside of our home significantly damaged our block wall, leaving our home vulnerable. SOS Fencing was one of the companies I called for an estimate and were the first to respond. Update on work done from June 2022. I have been trying to contact Emilio to fix the door knob from the work his subcontractor did, however no response from him. I only use this door once a week to take out my trash cans, so there isn't much use. Obviously, he doesn't care anymore about his customers, since he already got paid for the work. Within 2 weeks, I decided I needed a 7 ft tall chain link fence to divide my backyard in half so that the destruction due to our new puppy could be contained, found SOS Fencing on Yelp, got a rough quote based on a description, got a real quote based on a visit and discussion of my needs, and had the fence fully installed (note that it probably would have been even faster if I had fully known what I wanted from the beginning and had been available for the site visit sooner). I was very pleased throughout the whole process. Emilio was very responsive and professional, and his crew did a great job on installation day. Finally found a contractor that not only does beautiful work but Emilio and his employees are very respectful and nice people. Emilio responded very quickly after I contacted him. He wasted no time coming to my house and getting the entire job done in one day. He rebuilt my block wall that a lady ran into and put some wood on top of a fence so my cats can lay on it. He also built me a new wood patio door with the perfect cat hole for my cats to go in and out. I would not hesitate hiring Emilio and his staff again. Everyone knows how hard it is to find contractors that are reasonable in price and are likable. It matters to me on the bosses personality and I will not hire a contractor that does not treat women and seniors kindly. read more

SOS was fantastic! When hiring a contractor, communication is absolutely key, isn't it? Well, communication is one of their strengths and it was so refreshing working with Emilio! He responded within minutes to every inquiry I had and went above and beyond making sure I understood everything clearly. Emilio made sure to contact both of us to let us know when he'd be here and what the work would entail on that particular day. Their work is impeccable and the finished wall looks amazing. We are completely happy with the work that SOS did for us. Emilio's estimate was the final price we paid. Roberto, and Emilio from SOS Fencing along with his team, did a superb job on our backyard fence turned wall project! We had a wooden fence for a while, and decided to upgrade it to a brick wall instead, to match the other brick walls along the house, that had been there years back. But this new brick wall matches the other previous walls flawlessly. His team worked well with us, kept our yard clean and tidy, and finished the wall in 3 days! Roberto and his team is a family business, and it shows, and the quality they resulted with was a amazingly a job well done! I had reached out to Emilio a few months back for an initial quote on getting a section of my home concreted. He was extremely responsive, didn't pressure me on anything, and answered all my questions on pricing. Checking with other competitors, SOS Fencing is fairly priced where as others are up charging for the same amount of work. His team showed up at the beginning of the week and was able to complete 3 major sections of concrete in 1 week. They were able to tidy up everything, remove materials i didn't need, and ensure everything by was up to my standard. The concrete looks fantastic and this is a family owned business! We contacted Emilio and after having at least 6 different companies come out! I appreciated he sent over a professional estimate! After we signed the contract, Emilio scheduled us 3 weeks out . In my opinion, being put on schedule was great! Rather than having people come and go and not finish the job as most contractors work that way. Contractors typically have more than one job they can't commit to one job. NOT SOS fencing !! The job was completed within 6 consecutive days! Loved it ! The construction crew was friendly . I wanted to put up a privacy fence between my house and my neighbor's. I reached out to several fence companies and got three quotes. I found Emilio at SOS Fencing to be most responsive. He came to my house on a Saturday morning, quickly provided a detailed quote, and offered a few different options of what I could do in terms of colors to match my gate. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I found his quote to be very reasonable so I hired him to do the work. Within days I had my new vinyl fence! Never received an estimate. Emilio came by to take a look, measured everything - the front yard, backyard, and the gates I wanted replaced. At Emilio's request, I even sent a picture of a sample wall and fence I wanted but have since been ghosted! Not a word heard back. Looking at past reviews, it seems he has done this before. However, I realize many companies are busy with work right now or perhaps my project wasn't worth doing - but just be professional and courteous and let me know that you're not interested in handling the project or that you're too busy. It's that simple. Well, thank you for coming out anyway. read more
