I talked to many fencing companies to fix the gate at my workplace. Michael was one of the few to actually come by with samples and a lot of knowledge. They installed a double sided lock, did lots of welding/cutting to update our gate door, and even jackhammered out a bent pole and replaced it with a new one using cement.. all in less than 2 days (1 full day and 1 hour the next day). Now that the job is complete, I'm 100% satisfied with the work and price. Michael and Arturo showed up early each day. They are very professional, friendly, and very hard working.. just the best. I called LMR FENCING, talked to Michael Ramos about installing a Vinyl Fence. He adviced and gave me ideas and options. I agreed with his reasonable quote. He was all booked until a month later. I told him that I want to surprise my wife on her birthday in 10 days. Unlike others, he said if that was the case, he would do it on Sat and Sunday without extra charges. Man, this is the type of service we can't get anywhere. Exactly 8am on Sat, he showed up with another young man, they worked nonstop. Without knowing, i told him to dig right on the sprinkler, water flooded everywhere , not their fault, but not a blame or panic, he was happy to help me turn off the water and had his wife and kid bring him the tool so he could fix the broken pipe. Fence diving property lines between my house and neighbors was falling apart and full of termites. We both decide to replace with white vinyl. Had one of those people that advertise in Facebook stop by and quoted me $2500 for the job, around 65LF including 2 returns, one towards my property's wall, the other towards my neighbor's. Three days later I call him to sign the contract once I discussed with my neighbor. I'm not home when he stops by, which is fine, my wife was there and could sign the paperwork. Once he arrives he tells my wife I never told him about the return toward's my neighbors home, which is about a 6ft section. She calls me, tells me whats going on and puts the phone on speaker. I remind him I sent him pictures and specifically asked him about both returns being closed, no gates, in the facebook app and in person when he stopped by to quote. He goes on to tell me his wife runs the facebook account and he didn't remember talking to me about it and it would be an extra $500, for a total of $3,000. I stayed quiet for a few seconds going over the math on my head and guy just walks away. Glad to know he has enough work to walk away from a project just like that. Lesson learned, use a legit business going forward. Ran into LMR in yelp, requested a quote and Michael stops by same day to look at the project. Right on time every time, not a second late to any appointment he had with us. He gave me a better price than the original quote by the facebook person. Signed papers, 3 weeks later he was installing our new fence. Looks great, they cleaned up before leaving and followed COVID19 guidelines. read more

We highly recommend LMR Fencing. We had to replace the chain link mesh on an old fence to bring it up to code during a pool remodel. The job was complicated by the fact that two beautiful oak trees were growing around and through the old fence. We had several fence companies come out and none could offer us a good solution for dealing with the oak trees. Some companies said the mesh replacement could not be done and the other companies gave us very high bids. Michael from LMR came out and immediately knew how to approach the project in a way that would not harm the oaks and would not be unsightly. And his bid was much less than the others. His crew was great - on time and hard-working. Michael and the crew even helped us with a neighbor by moving some landscaping material that had been on the old fence out of the neighbor's yard and into ours so that our neighbor would not have to dispose of it.
