There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

Each time, I was essentially told that nothing was wrong, even though the beeping clearly continued. At one point, I became so frustrated that I called simply to ask how to turn off the beeping. I have two young children in the house, and the noise was disruptive, especially when it would happen during the night. I was told there would be a charge just to show me how to turn off the beeping -- despite the fact that no one could explain why it was happening in the first place. The representative then told me someone would call me back within five minutes to walk me through how to shut it off. No one ever called. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. If your system is going to repeatedly beep for weeks, I expect the company to be able to identify the problem and provide a reasonable solution -- not tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me to stop the noise.

Frank came down and said the installation and equipment is free I only had to pay a police Fee of $99 for one time he also said its month to month so I could cancel anytime. The contract only had my address and signature and that was all. He quoted me a price of $25 for my home (Not on the contract). They came the next day and everything seemed fine. I am now getting billed $45 and when called to cancel I am in a 2 year contract? One day there was a false alarm and the police were called (due to equipment not being installed properly) and the police sent me a fine for not being registered with them. So what was the $99 police fee charged? and why was I not told? They are going back on their word every time I call. They have my checking account information and are withdrawing an amount that was not authorized. I am currently suing the company along with other affected that we are reaching out to. Stay away!
