We really didn't know which direction to go in so we started calling around and speaking to different landscaping companies and architects. BigWave AV was recommended a couple of different times. We called and scheduled an appointment for a free consultation. During our meeting Dave asked several questions that got the creative juices flowing so to speak. That alone was impressive. Turns out out we would have limited ourselves dramatically, had we went in the direction we were initially thinking. Dave made some very reasonable recommendations and we decided to move forward with a landscape audio system (didn't even know that they existed) and an outdoor tv setup. The installation was flawless and the process was super clean and efficient. Will not hesitate to recommend BigWave Dave and his crew to friends and family. Already recommended him to a neighbor, and will update the review once their work is completed.

The install was flawless and Brian walked me through ever detail including TV placement. I have an old stereo console that I retrofitted to stream music and play records. It has a lid that opens up from the top so, with me wanting my sound bar and tv above that presented a small challenge. Brian was able to make this happen and it all looks amazing. See picture for details. Best part is they think ahead when installing wires. I don't have cable or a DVR at this time and I only stream, but like Brian said, that could change one day, so now I have that option as he installed some extra wires for me. Cleanup was good and Brian covered my floor and stereo console with thick blankets to protect everything while he was making his access holes. After that, he cleaned up everything. Another great thing is they offer a military discount and as a veteran, it was nice to be able to use that. Brian was very professional and friendly. He gave me his cell number and told me to call him if I had any questions or problems. I will be hiring him again soon for other projects. Thank you Brian!

Generally, Phil knows his stuff inside-out, is creative about how to achieve his clients' goals and is passionate about what he does. For our entertainment system, he suggested several options around how to configure our whole house audio (we eventually went with Sonos), got us a great deal on equipment and worked with pieces that we already owned or had selected to purchase. He did an amazing in job in fitting a ton of pieces into a small cabinet near our fireplace to hide all external wiring and built out a small vent to manage heat. For the alarm system, we were not sure what to do since we do not have a land line and were hesitant to purchase one just for the alarm system. Phil was able to set us up with an Internet-based security system at an extremely reasonable price that was better than all options recommended by the builder. He followed up diligently and got us a system that we are thrilled with. Based on his work with us, we recommended Envision to our neighbors who also had an excellent experience with installing their in-ceiling speakers.
