After backing everything up on my computer, I did the transfer at home, and wouldn't you know, it worked just fine. I think he was lazy or brand new and didn't know what he was talking about. 2 stars because the wait wasn't bad, the store was staffed well, and they also had my phone in stock when other places around us didn't. I also had to make an extra trip to turn in my old phone when it could have all been done in the one visit.
