Then, after waiting another 90 minutes or so in their parking lot (because I live too far to go home & come back again).......you guessed it, they still never called me!!! I had to go back inside and was told they couldn't restart the phone either. -_- Apparently it was a problem with the "mother board" that I see they've given numerous others with this issue after Googling. They never showed any empathy towards my utter disappointment. Their lack of skills is unmatched. There was no apology for NEVER calling me, even after the quoted time to fix the phone or provide an update more than DOUBLED!!! When I got the phone back, the entire back popped open, like a book. BUYERS BEWARE ! this place is a rip off. March 30 2026 I stop in this store to get my Iphone 13…read morepromax repaired. after 4 yrs I thought I had finally broken my screen. I stopped here because the Apple place bye my business was not open. I spoke to the guy at the counter. he gave me two quotes one for $169 to repair my screen one for $229 In thought both quote were way to high. Then he started pitching me . on how great there parts were and what a great warranty the screens for $169 were. I was running low on time so I asked the guy how long it would take to get done. He stated between 45min- 1 hour. I reluctantly agreed. The repair guy came back in 5 min. & I thought WOW that was fast. paid the bill and left the store . I had forgotten there was a glass screen protector on it! this is key. This is the first time I had ever had to replace a screen on this phone in 4 years. Fast forward to April 2 2026 literally 2 days later. I stopped for fuel. As I claimed out I dropped my phone. The whole screen shattered. I was stunned I just paid $184.86 with tax to have it fixed and was told this was tempered glass and so strong and all this stuff. So I went back to the I phone repair place close to my business. I showed them what happened. The guys says to me That's not to bad to have a phone for 4 years and just now having to replace the original screen. I said what?! he said this is the original screen. So then I told him I just had it replaced two days ago. The tech says this phone screen was not replaced. I thought it was really strange that it only took them 5-7 minutes to replace the screen when I was quoted 45min - 1 hr. .I turns out that In did have a glass screen protector on it from years ago. These guys took my phone pulled of the screen protector and handed me my phone back . then Charged me $184.86 for the repair. These guys are Crooks! plain and simple. I will be disputing this on my Credit Card. Then I will probably take them to court. This is Bull Shit , My old self would have walked in the door and start kicking the shit out of People, but I'm all grown up now and I guess we have to fight people in a different way. But doing people dirty like this . Is just wrong and they will get what's just for them. I hope they read this I am going to put this every where. They have no business being in business .
