From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

Before I could even ask if they could repair my controller, they immediately recommended QCQ Repair. That told me everything I needed to know. From the moment I spoke with Jose, I could tell he genuinely knew what he was doing. With over 10 years of experience, his knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my controller, understood how much sentimental value it had to me, and even understood how excited I was to play the upcoming Halo Remastered. Worse mistake of my life. I took it in, and he charged me a $50 deposit to look at it. Sure no problem, I paid the deposit. About 2 days later I got an update, and later that day my system was "fixed". I paid the remains , and went home. I was able to play all day no problem, but next morning I wake up and the issue happens again. I contact him and he tells me to bring it back in, so I do so. Later that day he tells me he has no idea what the problem is and he'll update me when he can. 2-3 days go by no update, so I text him and he says once again he doesn't know. I said it's fine can you just refund me and I'll take it somewhere else, he said he would give me a partial refund and give me my system back, IN WORSE CONDITION it was in before. When he first gave it back, it would turn on and play for about 30-45 minutes, now it's back to absolute root 1 of not coming on at all. So i basically paid to waste my time, gas , and money. Definitely wouldn't recommend going somewhere where they don't know how to fix your issues, and ALSO don't accommodate. I feel like a full refund was the LEAST he could do. He claimed he was keeping it for his "time" , but what about mine? What about the 7 days I had to wait for nothing ? What about my gas to drive back and fourth 4 times? Once again, wouldn't recommend.
