Joe came and delivered as promised. He responded to my job within an hour of posting on Yelp and gave a fair and honest price. He was able to set an appointment with me within 2 days and completed the job within 3 hours. He mounted two TV's and also wired up outlets behind both (one being above a fireplace). To relocate power above the fireplace he had to do some extra cuts in the drywall along with running channels through the studs. The work was done very professionally and now both our living rooms look great. He even patched up the holes in the drywall which were prepped to be painted. Avoid using this guy who takes zero measurements eye balls everything and doesn't have any tools to safely do this service. After getting done asked me how it looks I Said ok and he rushed out when I went back to look at the tv it wasn't even screwed into the wall still isn't and it's over 80 inch on top of that took actual measurements and the tv far from centered. I should of stopped him in his tracks when he showed me a picture of a guys tv that he did the and ended up completely ripping off the wall. I gave him a chance after this and he came over to argue that it's centered and that he needs to get paid more when he needed my help to do all of this. Any one who wants to charge the max prices and not invest in a helper is a unprofessional stubborn person. read more

Once contacted, Joe and Calvin came out the very next day to wall mount a 77 inch OLED TV along with a Sonos Arc and Sonos surround speakers. The price Joe gave me was very fair, especially considering the time and effort that he and Calvin put into the project. When they arrived at the house they were very friendly, they truly listened, and it was eminently clear that they were the type of people to treat every job with the same level of perfection regardless of the amount of money the customer spent. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and it was greatly appreciated. Once they completed the project, they gave me an in depth walkthrough of the equipment and stayed with me to help set everything up. That was a definite highlight for me because by showing me how to set it up and not simply doing it for me I now know what to do in the case of troubleshooting. These guys did a fantastic job! had them install my camera system (4 cameras outside of my house) as well as install a tv to monitor it all in my office. arrived on time, took as much time as needed to walk me through the plan. all of the wires for everything is completely hidden (camera's as well as TV they mounted on the wall). I'm still in shock after my horrible experience with Joe! He came to assemble & install my Satellite Dish today and when he looked at my mounting bracket he said it was the wrong one and aggressively threw it back on the box, I said whoa! be careful there's breakable pieces in there! He then said in an Angry, Aggressive manor "I have one at my house I can go get!" I almost called him to tell him not to come back after the way he acted but I decided to give him another chance to get the job done because I really wanted my TV to work. Upon his return he showed me what he brought which was the exact same bracket with a different shaped pole and I said that's the same bracket I already have he then proceeded to ubruptly slam his bracket up against my nicely painted stucco on my house and yelled and said "does this look the same?!" I then told him to leave! He was so Angry and Agressive that I felt very upset and un safe him being here any longer! Again, I'm still in shock! Who does he think he is acting in such a manor?!?
