I purchased a wall mount online and was trepidatious about installing it myself as a lot of people seem to have an issue with installing the LG slim wall mount. Save yourself the headache and call these guys first you don't need to worry about providing your own mount. He discussed the options and recommended an Internet provider that served a new home near Palm Springs. We scheduled the appointment and he arrived 5 minutes early. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in moving the TV and explained my options for getting electric power to the new location. I chose to go with a licensed electrician, who complimented Mark's work and recommendations. Moving and powering up the smart TV in the living room as well as one in the kitchen went seamlessly during the follow-up visit. Mark added a sound-bar, programmed our desired channels on the TV and enhanced the WIFI network for the entire house, which resulted in speeds of over 100 Mbps instead of the earlier reading of 20 Mbps. Mark knows home electronics as a result of his extensive work experience and efforts to keep current with the latest technologies and gadgets. This is quality customer service which is hard to find. I'm sure Mark can't get to every home within 15 minutes of getting a quote, but to know there is a person like Mark out there that will answer a text that late and then show up if he can is priceless in my book.
