After a recent string of break-ins and vehicle thefts in our neighborhood, we finally decided to secure our home with an alarm and security cameras. We did a little research on yelp and decided to call a few companies to make an educated decision on our purchase. Several of the companies spewed prices to us over the phone with a bunch of specifications. ASAP was the ONLY company that offered to send their technician to our home and do a full survey and estimate based on what our actual needs were. How refreshing to actually have someone come to our house and see the layout and determine our needs, now that is customer service! Their technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and in no way one of those pushy type sales guys. He basically gave us his bottom line price and even told us to sleep on it! So of course we called ASAP back. Now fast forward to install day, their installation was superb, professional and CLEAN. I am a self proclaimed neat freak, and I have to tell you, even though they were poking around in the ceiling, attic and walls, there was no sign of dust or debris, they made sure to bring in their shop vac and remove any dust or pieces of drywall that had fallen. During the install there was a supervisor on site that ensured the install was to our liking and we were given a very detailed tutorial on how to use our new security set up. I even had a question about something and called on the weekend and low and behold someone answered the phone and took time out of their weekend to answer my questions! Now that is Customer Service! Just purchased a house and was looking to get a security system installed. I sent requests to ADT and Monitronics. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Robert at ASAP. I explained to Robert what I was looking for and he walked be through a few different options. I explained to him I was getting a few more quotes and he completely understood. He did not pressure me at all and did not try to sell me something I did not need. He told be to reach out to him with any questions which I later did after receiving a quote from ADT that was more than double what Robert quoted. Robert took the time on a Saturday to walk me through the quote ADT provided. At this point I knew I was going with ASAP. Robert made himself available on a Saturday and did not try to sell me more than I needed which I really appreciated. Two days later I was having the system installed. Robert and one other technician showed up on time and ready to work. They quickly assessed the job and got right to work. There was no wastes time, the job got done quick and right. After the install Robert took the time to give a completed demonstration of the system and answer any questions. I was even more impressed when Robert called me two days later to follow up and see if I had and questions and to make sure things were working properly. We just had ASAP Security do an install at my house and the system works great! I can see all around my house and in the main rooms on the inside too. Having the ability to see my house prior to arriving gives me better security and piece of mind. The alarm system is easy and their monitoring service is the same as the ADT system we had. They actually paid out my ADT contract and I went with ASAP. The ability to see my house from my cell phone cost nothing. Also, ASAP install cost me less than 2K where all other security companies would have cost me 4 times that much. This included the hardware (8 channel DVD, 5 cameras and and the wiring ) and labor. All parts have a 2 year warranty. Rob was great and very helpful. Clay and Bill were the best with the installation. Nothing was left messy and hey clean up too. My husband and I have been meaning to get a security system in our home for a while now but never got around to it. However, with the recent activity is our neighborhood we decided we needed something ASAP (pun intended) lol! Robert, the company owner, was able to set us up with an appointment right away. A tech by the name of Kyler was sent out to our home and he was awesome and very helpful! We purchased a new home in Hemet,CA Beautiful home and lots of crime all over this town. We called ASAP Security to install their security system before we moved in. They installed 4 video cameras and a wireless home security system on the doors and windows. We also had bids from ADT and another company who kept calling us. ASAP was the cheapest and provided better quality customer service than the larger companies. Our sales rep was not pushy and recommended we get several quotes from other providers before choosing and our technician who installed the cameras and alarm was very knowledgeable and educated us on both systems very well. so tried calling a couple of time because i am looking around and wanted to get information on some cameras i have that i wanted installed JUST installed well they were rude and made me feel stupid when asking question and trying to get understanding on why they couldnt put up a system i had purchase from past home owner i was told i would have to get there camrea and they would not install mine after i question/ask why not he couldnt give me answer excempt and rude no we wont/ dont do that after countless asking question he than proceed to hangout up on me amazing customer service and great company not! waste of my time horrible read more

Just had ASAP install a complete security system that includes 5 cameras. The installation was very professional and through. Couldn't say enough about Robert and his team. Robert from ASAP Security came out and give an estimate to repair some camera wiring. which they don't normally do as it was installed by another company. He came out and took a look at it and said he would go ahead and repair it. His quote was more then reasonable and fixed it right then and there. We also asked about a couple issues we would like to have taken care of and he said no problem let him know when we were ready. My mother hired ASAP to install a medical alert system in her mobile home in Hemet Ca, everyone we spoke with at the office was extremely helpful. I live 100 miles away and could not be there for the installation but my mother told me that their tech was very clean and respectful and attentive to her needs.
